"We enjoyed our stay at BW very much, excellent service, super friendly staff always with smile, cozy and spacious room, the only down side is the exhaust machine sound, but you will find a note inside drawer with earplugs, I did not use them since I get used to it like a white sound. I will definitely coming back to this hotel next time I visit Edmonton. Keep up the good job!"

"The hotel is ideally located to locations for downtown Edmonton and West Edmonton. The breakfast choice is very good for this standard of hotel. The rooms are spacious and general facilities are good such as gym and pool. There is no bar or food lounge but there are lots of restaurants nearby. What lets it down is that it is quite dated and looking a little wornout/tired. To some degree it is starting to look more Motel than Hotel and impressions are really important. In my view the rooms are in need of a modern renovation. Despite that I would stay again. I dont think it deserves the rating that it has on Trip.com and would put it at 7.5/10."

I don't normally stay in the hilton hotels so I'm not a member of their little club that gives you access to "basic" wifi, and I just don't like dishing out all my details so without much of a phone charge to tether off, I resigned myself to reading a book on an evening."
