I booked for $127.74including all taxes but they didn’t followed the booking price and charged me $161.67 . Not recommend at all .

The hotel is old and run down. The rooms are dark and outdated and not clean. Stiff uncomfortable beds. At air conditioning barely pushes any air so it was stuffy and smelly in the room. Housekeeping is very loud starting at 7am in the hallways. They speak with the front desk on radios and woke us up. Would never stay again under any circumstances.

Good location close to Canadian Tire, quiet soundproof room for sleeping. Small window slides open for ventilation.

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. But very dated and banged up.
Decent place for the price.
Graze Restaurant breakfast was delicious and a great price.

So many issues with this stay! The TV did not work that night. In the morning I went to have a shower and there was not any hot water. After having a cold shower, I called down to let them know that there was no hot water. When I went to check out and asked for a refund due to the issues, staff were rude. The woman told me I should have called down and stated there wasn’t any hot water, to which I replied I had. She then informed me I should have waited for the hot water to work? I explained not everyone gets up an hour early in preparation of there being no hot water. When I tried to call the manager after he was on shift, I only got his answering machine to which I left a message. He never called me back. This was certainly not worth the money and there are many better places to stay in the city.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel is old and tired. Terrible odors in all halls and the room. Unable to control heat and room uncomfortable for sleeping.

It met and exceeded our expectations and we would recommend staying there to our friends and would stay there again should we require accommodation in the area.
