You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..

As with everything online, take all the pics shown with a grain of salt. Maybe some were nice..not ours. For a one nighter all I want is a bed and hot shower. I guess that's what I got. For what I paid I will spend a few more pennies for a better location and room.

Don't restock rooms automatically or point this out when checking in. Left us a half roll of TP for a two night stay. It's cold, dirty, and clearly in a sketchy neighbourhood. Debated booking a different place when we arrived, and kinda wish I had.

Noise coming from the roof every 15 mins like an issue with the heater. Only heater was working only in the bed area #108 Bathroom and everywhere else no heat Breakfast was horrible

It has ac, a mini fridge and a coffee maker. The free breakfast is nice and the staff was awesome. The building is old but that doesn't bother me. Having none designated parking is plus for me. Getting there is difficult but thats Edmonton roads in general.

If u need a clean bed to sleep its ok place. Kind of old school needs upgrade..

Was supposed to be a queen, was only a double. The shower was dirty, the couch was broken, the dead bolt wouldnt latch

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The facility is very affordable for someone on a budget. Eating places are not close by but Uber Eats comes in handy.

Great staff. Clean property. Extra plug ins a bonus. Great kitchen. Bathroom could use maintenance. Happy overall. Good deal for the price
