Food was barely edible I’m not a fussy eater at all but I think I had more sandwiches from the bar than actual meals in the hotel. Was out for food every day and night for all 3 meals so the all inclusive is certainly not worth getting. Paying for 6 beers a day that you have to have signed off on a piece of paper. I was met with literal sneers from hotel staff when asking questions. Also received what sounded a lot like abuse in another language when questioning the receptionist “Laura” on a hotel policy. All in all horrendous service 0/10 AVOID. Ruined what should have been a nice long weekend in the sun.

My family and I (2 adults and 2 children) stayed here for 8 nights (all inclusive). All in all we were pleasantly surprised as the hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel feels a little old, but seems to be heavily modernized in recent years to increase the standard. Location: The hotel is located about 15 minutes of walking to the beach, of which the last 5 minutes are rather steep. The hotel also has own pool as well as small one for children. There are bus stops right outside. Bus ride to airport takes 20 minutes and to city center takes 30 minutes. There are some shops and restaurants nearby. Food & drinks: The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was good variety of food offered and my kids especially loved the ice cream cone machine. When the restaurant is closed, snacks and drinks are offered in the bar. On our first day we arrived two hours before lunch and were offered some snacks while we waited for our room. Facilities: My kids loved the slide and swings in addition to the kid's pool. We borrowed an iron for €10 (deposit) during our stay. Staff: Very friendly and helpful staff, especially in the restaurant, bar and housekeeping. The reception was not efficient. Room and cleanliness: We got a family room on the end of the 4th floor with some views of the sea and the courtyard of the hotel. No balcony, which many rooms seemed to have. The room was very basic. The double bed was small, and the single beds (folding type) were not comfortable. The bathroom is in dire need of modernization. Something is leaking in the toilet, there is no hook for hanging your clothes and there is a nasty odor. No ironing board in the room (or elsewhere in the hotel). Even though the maids did an excellent job on cleaning the room every day, the room was not a nice place to spend time.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The cuisine was excellent, great fish prepared. Outdated amenities, really the hotel could use a refresh. Thin walls in rooms, could hear noise from adjacent rooms noticeably as well as from the hallway due to poorly sealing old door.

Absolutely awful!!! My friend and I have been coming here for years now at the same time as it’s close to the airport and we knew that we would be getting exactly what you would expect from a 3 star hotel,lovely staff,a clean room and basic but edible food, This time however we have had a completely different experience,one of the main reasons we come away is to sit by the pool and relax but there was absolutely no chance of that happening as the whole pool area was invaded by a very large group of 15 year olds who were escorted by 2 adults who spent the whole time asleep on the sunbed! The food was inedible,cold chips,unidentifiable meat and jelly or fried milk for dessert!!! Then the following day we came out to have a morning coffee and were confronted by a whole coach load of teenagers who were being checked in,the noise was unbearable and we quickly realised that there was no way that we would stand a chance of reading a book by the pool on this holiday! As I’m sure you can imagine,there is absolutely no way that I would recommend this hotel to anyone else,especially if they were going away to have a break from their own kids!!!!

I am currently staying at this hotel and can easily say worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Front and lobby are nice and well kept but that’s the only good things I can say about this hotel. The room I stayed in is horrible. The door looks beat and I do not feel safe in it. The cupboard has a horrible stale smell and does not close properly. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. I heard another guest snoring all night and can hear when people are talking, washing, drying hair, listening to tv etc. The air con was not working when we came in which was about 2:30-3am so could not get this fixed till the morning. All inclusive is a joke within this hotel the food selection is shocking with two meat choices, chips, rice, pasta, salad and some deserts. Can only have 3 alcoholic drinks with lunch or dinner which is fine as this is the law but the hotel has taken it upon it’s self to say it’s only beer and wine that is classified as the alcoholic drink (half pints are what the drinks are provided in). You need to pay 1€ for an eco cup to get your drinks in which did not bother me as when you bring your cup back you can get your money back. The balcony has no privacy what so ever and you can see every guests balcony from your own balcony. The entertainment at night is laughable and basically non existent.

Went for a week with my wife and 2 adult sons and enjoyed our stay, positives are close to town 10min walk from bars shops and beach, pool fun Charlie and Alex the lifeguard made our days with pool games and generally having a laugh, hotel is clean and food is nice, not as many options as a big resort but we found it to be nice, bar staff were really nice and helpful and cleaners very respectful of items in rooms. Negatives are rooms a little noisy at night with other guests coming and going and the occasional stag party with large groups of men hanging around Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff were very nice, the pool area isn’t huge but we got a sunbed every day and the all inclusive drinks (3 with lunch and 3 with dinner) didn’t bother us as we wasn’t there to drink constantly but the other drinks are all free and really nice We wasn’t disappointed with our experience especially with the price and would just suggest to get talking to charlie the entertainer as he made it a very nice holiday for us

Not usually one to complain however will make an exception ! Booked for 4 days paid for 2 x twin rooms with single occupancy on arrival given two single the size of a broom cupboard. When booking room description stated balcony or terrace we had neither! Food ! Very little option for evening meal salad, chips, chicken fish or pasta . Breakfast and lunch did have more options although 50% Luke warm. Beer served in plastic cups and charged 1 euro deposit for cup in bar. Rated 3 star, in my opinion no more than 2 star.

Really nice hotel.. Very clean and tidy.... Food was amazing each day something different.. Pool and area was spotless. Only downside is the rule of 3 alcoholic drinks at dinner time and tea time.... Even though we were all inclusive... But on the happy side of things... Spar shop couple of minutes walk... 6 San Miguel beer's 500ml.... 4 euro 60.... So happy... But this hotel is rated 3 star... I enjoyed my stay.
