The Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The room were very nice and clean the food was very nice 👌 can’t fault them at all . My go back one day but more places to go yet.we all had a lovely time together there not a lot of bars on the beach there more shops than bars.

The hotel was great, could not do enough for us. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. The food was great, we could always find something to eat. The location was great, maybe not suitable if you have mobility problems as to get to the beach it is up quite a hill but this was no problem for us.

Unvelcoming and grumpy reception staff. Waited few minutes ( no other customer waiting at the time) for them to acknowledge that I am standing in front of them. One said "not me" and pointed at the other lady who was staring at me without saying anything. Only one lady in reception ( long, black hair) was nice and nothing seemed to be an issue for her. Other members like bar staff, kitchen, cleaners etc seemed to be nice Basic hotel, rooms could be cleaner ( mops did not touch the floor corner for a while) and could do with improvement. Food Basic, not the best quality. Unfortunately first impression was ruined, we did not feel welcome and will never go back. I do recommend to book other hotel near. It was noticeable even when walking by other ones that the reception was more friendly.

Enjoyed our time there, staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel lovely and clean. Rooms were very good. Would recommend. Plenty of choice for food catered for everyone. Would have liked tea and coffee to be available with the evening meal

Pro: Comfortable beds. Everyday cleaning. Close to the beach. Ok: food is nothing special and you can't expect better at this price. Prices in the hotel bar are ok, the same like in the neighborhood. Cons: Beach is wide and shallow , but we didn't like the sand. There is a lot nicer beaches. Neighborhood can seems scary, old buildings, but it is very safe. Tips: There is a Eroski supermarket around the corner. Three streets up and you will find nice domestic cafe Formentera and also bar across the street. If you like going out in the evening, I recommend Bier express bar. We rented a car and S'Arenal is very well connected. On Thursdays there is a weekly market. Don't miss it. Book the room directly from hotel website, it is cheaper and you will receive some perks like better position of the room, welcome drink etc. We were on 7th of the floor. There are two lifts and works fast.

Good location, a 5 min walk down hill to the beach, buses, tourist train and bars and restaurants. Rooms are adequate, extra pillows and lots of towels with daily housekeeping, nice and clean. No fridge in room though. Good air con. Food is basic and was a bit disappointing but sufficient for a few days. Staff need to replenish the empty trays more quickly and put more butter and condiments out or you end up with hot toast but no butter. Security boxes are available and are in the lounge locker area instead of the rooms which we liked. We would stay again but only on a b&b basis. Thank you HSM Reina Del Mar.

Everything is ok, except the blanket was old. Kitchen and the food is excellent, stuff very welcome, hospitable and smiled. The hall is very cold, too strong air conditioner. The room perfectly clean. Good location.

The hotel was very clean and very well catered for its visitors. The staff were very helpful, friendly and very attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the usage of the card tables in the evening which is a very good idea to have. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you. All the staff were great.

Great hotel, great services, great people, great food, clean. They opened restaurant for us only because of us as we made check-in at 10PM, they opened restaurant for coffee just for us only as we had early flight at check-out.
