Mount Emei Manya Resort Hotel

Our stay here for a night was more than we expected. Hotel upgraded our room, very spacious, lots of utilities. Reception girls are super nice. Only thing that we didn't got is coffee/tea bags and there was an ashtray when we clearly mentioned non-smoking room. Nearby is a market, restaurants... parking is free.

This was the worse experience ever. I'll never stay there again. This is low season just after Chinese New year. So we choose this hotel because the price is affordable, has hot spring advertised and the rating is 4.7, which they don't deserve. We check in very smoothly and efficiently. The staff are friendly and nice. They tell us the hot spring is in another hotel nearby and not part of there hotel, we also need to buy tickets more 100 per person to use the hot spring. We are kind of disappointed but it's okay. So we get to the room, the decoration is neat and looks clean. It's winter time and the room is freezing cold. We turn in the air-conditioning for 3 hours and still feel cold. We ask the service to check the air-conditioning and they come to check and say it's okay we can take extra blankets, the room has tiled floor which makes it more cold, not comfortable. They refused to change a room and just say you can use extra blankets to keep warm. Then the noise insulation is terrible people shouting at night you can hear people in the next door or above. The bed is comfortable and big big pillow is very high and hurts my neck. the worse thing ever is that the check out time we were told is 2pm they called us at 12.30pm to remind us and woke us up. Then the cleaner comes at one and knocks our door several times standing waiting with the cleaning trolley outside our room rushing us to get out. Talk about bad service. Never again. Even the decoration is nice and it's affordable. The chair is very dirty too. But beds are clean and neat. I'd rather not be rushed or get cold at night with noisy room it's a circus.

We stayed in this resort for the use of the hot spring in the area. The hot springs price were not included in the cost of the room. The room was very comfortable. Good beds and shower facilities. The TV had two English channels that were good. We enjoyed our stay here. The Hot Springs in the area are not bad but not the best we've been in.

The hotel and room was v clean and there were two separate room For this price it was awesome It doesn't have a spa you have to go to another hotel just 3 min walk and purchase a spa and that was just so so Breakfast was atypical Chinese but I love soymilk and a boiled egg so it was ok

Very comfy room! Location was great, right near the lake and many many restaurants

辦入住的時候送了峨眉糕。 離峨眉山站和峨眉山旅遊客運中心幾分鐘車程。 離店的時候想存個包，前台真是千呼萬喚始出來啊 洗澡冬天電熱水器至少要等至少半小時 對得起價格 衹是這種質素攜程是怎麼給的四星級呢

滿意的一次住宿，房間乾淨整潔，裏面的東西也很乾凈，窗户非常隔音，晚上睡覺很安靜，下次來還住這，離下面好吃街也不遠

假期帶着長者小孩一起遊玩，房間很大，兩張1.8米的大床整潔舒適，前台小姐姐服務熱情周到，非常值得推薦。

房間乾淨整潔，前台服務人員態度很好，我有問的問題都回答我了，還免費給我的房間升級，我們人多，早餐超出的人數也沒另外收費。前台放的糖果我家小寶貝超喜歡吃
