The staff are friendly. However, the room's setup is quite basic, and some design choices are clearly flawed. The bathroom is inside the toilet area, and the shower only has a half-glass door, causing water to splash all over the toilet floor. A shower curtain would be much more practical. The black toilet was also uncomfortable."

"I was really satisfied with my stay at Jinding Xinxin Hotel this time. The location is excellent; it's only a 5-minute walk from the hotel to Jinding, making it incredibly convenient for watching both sunrise and sunset. I stayed in a scenic view room, and from the window, I could see the pristine pine forest and the sea of clouds. The room was equipped with an oxygen concentrator. In the evening, I even got to experience sutra copying. The butler service was also very attentive; they even shared stories about Emei Mountain's culture with us. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Emei Mountain."

"We stayed in one of the Soup Houses on the seventh floor, Room 2222. The hotel itself is quite large, but the Soup House feels completely different from a typical hotel room. It is a private, house-like accommodation built on the rooftop of Building 3, with its own front gate, yard, and patio area. It truly feels like staying in a small private house on top of the hotel. The room was beautiful and included a private hot spring tub, which our children absolutely loved and still cannot stop talking about. Our stay was very relaxing and was exactly what we needed after a long day at Emeishan. The service team, coordinated by Little Li, was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They exceeded our expectations in every aspect and made us feel very well cared for. Breakfast room service was included, which was especially convenient since we were travelling with two young children. We also ordered dinner through room service, and the fish was delicious. The hotel laundry room was another useful amenity for our family. Some of the hotel’s common areas could use updating, but our Soup House felt like a peaceful private oasis. We are very grateful to Little Li and the entire service team for their excellent hospitality."
