"The Hongzhushan Forest Hotel is like a huge park. Strolling around, you're surrounded by lush greenery, which really brightens your mood. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, allowing you to sleep until you naturally wake up. The butler service is warm and friendly, and the breakfast spread is rich and varied. After a dip in the hot springs, your skin feels incredibly smooth. There are also adorable little animals here, like the charming squirrels. The location is also convenient for getting to the Golden Summit. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely bring my family here next time! 👍"

"Hongzhushan Hotel is our top choice for a vacation, and the experience was fantastic! Upon check-in, we were assigned a dedicated butler who patiently explained all the activities and even sent thoughtful reminders and greetings. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and they even offered 7 types of specialty pillows to choose from. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted excellent. The mineral hot spring in the forest had clear and comfortable water, and the atmosphere at night was perfect for photos. The hotel also has a gym. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Baoguo Temple, making travel easy. The air in the forest is fresh and has high oxygen content, making for an exceptionally comfortable stay. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel is only a 10-minute drive from Emei Mountain High-Speed Rail Station. If you contact them in advance, they can arrange station pick-up and drop-off, which is very convenient. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful natural environment with green hills, clear waters, and surrounded by bamboo forests. The public areas are stunning, and I particularly loved the bamboo forest platform. A stroll along the wooden boardwalk takes about 20 minutes, and listening to the rustling leaves in the wind truly gives you a sense of escaping the world and finding peace amidst nature. All guest rooms are scenic, and each balcony features a private hot tub. If you're traveling with family, you can book a mountain courtyard or a villa. Before check-in, a butler will contact you to provide information on daily activities. Be aware that some activities have limited spots and require advance reservations. You can also choose your preferred essential oil and incense for the room beforehand (though default options are available daily). I especially loved the lemongrass essential oil and bergamot incense. The room itself is quite spacious. We were upgraded to a 'Yangxiu' room, which is nearly 10 square meters larger than the basic 'Guanshang' room. The balcony also came with some yoga equipment. The shower and toilet areas are separate, which is a practical and convenient design. The hotel's Chinese restaurant serves good food, and the breakfast at Mingyue Restaurant offers scenic views from every seat. In the morning, they provide local specialties like Tofu Pudding, Ka Bing (a type of sandwich), Qiaojiao Beef, and Egg Cakes. If you prefer not to leave the hotel, you can order takeout to the hotel's Gate 1, and the concierge staff will deliver it to your room. All the hotel staff are warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Special thanks to our butler Lola and Archie from the concierge team. The Banyan Tree Gallery next to the lobby sells some really nice items, like aromatherapy essential oils. I also loved the toiletries in the room and found that I could purchase them there. Being a newly opened hotel, there's still room for improvement, such as: 1. The variety of breakfast options could be expanded. 2. There are limited entertainment activities. The lobby lounge also closes at 9 PM, and last orders are taken after 8:30 PM."

They even offer complimentary manicures, which was a pleasant surprise. My stay here was very comfortable, and if I ever return to Mount Emei, I would definitely choose this hotel again."

"The hotel is located in a village next to Baoguo Temple and features five small hot spring pools of varying temperatures (39℃, 41℃), open from 6 PM to 10 PM. Since they are situated in a bamboo forest, there are quite a few mosquitoes, so mosquito repellent is a must if you plan to use the springs. A big plus for us, and the reason we chose this hotel, is that the standard rooms come with a 1.5-meter wide bed – a rarity for standard rooms and very convenient for families traveling with children. The hotel is a bit far from the lively restaurant street and the Ma Lu Qiao food street, making dining options less convenient. On the downside, the hallway soundproofing isn't great, especially in the mornings when early-departing guests can be quite loud. The shower stall is also too small; it's easy to accidentally hit the faucet, causing the water to stop abruptly or change temperature drastically, which is quite annoying. In our room, the bathroom sink drain was partially blocked, so it took ages for the water to drain, making us hesitant to use it. On the positive side, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions and do their best to resolve issues and fulfill requests. However, one notable flaw is the lack of a phone in the room. When we wanted some water, we had no way to contact staff and had to go to the front desk ourselves. This seems like one of the hotel's weaknesses."

"This hotel is super close to Baoguo Temple, just a 10-minute walk away, awesome! Check-in was quick, which was a huge relief after a long journey. The bedding was really comfortable and didn't feel damp at all, fantastic! In the evening, the snack street next door offered a dazzling array of choices, and the Qiaojiao beef was delicious, amazing! After checking out, I left my luggage at the hotel to go hiking. The next day when I returned, the front desk staff were still incredibly friendly and even helped me find plastic bags to separate my wet clothes. It was so thoughtful and made changing out of my soggy clothes feel even more comfortable – truly exceptional service! A really benevolent and kind place! My only regret is that it rained during my hike, so I didn't get to see any monkeys, haha!"

The staff was warn and was very helpful to give me tips for eating and travelling. The reception helped me to arrange for my luggage to be delivered to the hotel first so that I have more time to visit the Golden Summit as soon as I reached the train station. The breakfast was nutritious and had a good selection, even freshly cooked noodles. Highly recommended!"

"This is an excellent forest guesthouse! It lives up to its reputation, with great service. The account manager was very dedicated, helping us arrange a car to take our older child and luggage to the high-speed rail station, which saved us time after coming down from Emei Mountain. The resort grounds are huge, with a lake perfect for a leisurely stroll and enjoying the views! The breakfast also features local specialties, and the dining environment is superb! In the evening, my younger brother and dad went to building #7 for a hot spring bath, which was very nice! Due to time constraints, we didn't get to visit the zoo in building #8. The room itself was decent and standard for a guesthouse of this style; you can expect a reliable stay. If you're not driving and plan to visit Emei Mountain, this is a great choice as they offer high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off."

"I arrived at 11 AM and they let me check in right away, which was great. However, even though I arrived at 11 AM, the front desk girl assigned me to Building 2! This was the most unsatisfactory part of my stay, so much so that I almost complained about her. I booked a room with a terrace specifically for the view, and instead, I got a view that looked like a cemetery. Thankfully, Little Liu later helped me change rooms, and that was much better. During my stay, both the security guards and the cleaning staff had excellent attitudes. The hot spring was also quite good."
