Fabulous hotel in a wonderful location. Staff were so warm, welcoming and friendly and the lovely lady behind the bar had a great knowledge of the whisky on offer. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable with a lovely view. We enjoyed a very tasty evening meal from a good and varied menu and breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend this fabulous hotel and hope to return very soon. One night was definitely not enough.

Everything exceptional here. Service and food amazing. Prices reasonable. Comfy real people place. Went for a evening meal, adequate parking. So good we wished we'd stayed there instead of Wilderness Apartments and ate there instead of in the town.

This is one of the odder hotel reviews as I didn't stay at the hotel but had booked a room but had to cancel at short notice and the hotel staff were brilliant at working with me and the booking website to sort out the cancellation. Will defo book with them next time as i appreciate good customer service.

Was in the Clan Macduff for 3 nights, Hotel excellent, Rooms spotless and bed comfortable. Bathroom also spotless and shower hot and powerful. Staff so friendly and attentive. Breakfast excellent and again staff excellent and attentive. The only disappointment was Dinner. 1st night i had fish and chip and the fish was soggy. Why? In general evening meals were disapointing. Apart from that all excellent. Thank you.

An excellent hotel! Very comfortable room and very clean, well maintained hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has plenty of parking at the front. The view from the hotel is quite stunning!

Excellent hotel made very welcome lovely room with balcony and comfy bed .very friendly staff in bar and restaurant .we’ll be back in the near future !Very good value for money.food was excellent at dinner and the breakfast buffet was hot and fresh

We loved our stay here, once we figured out how to use the shower. :) The lodging looked exactly like it did on their website and we had an amazing stay here. The restaurant was very convenient and made a delicious breakfast. It was easy to get in and out of and plenty of parking when we were there. We had a room with a king bed and a partial view of the loch and it was lovely, clean and comfortable. They have a nice lounge area where we spent most of our nights. All in all a wonderful place to stay, we would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely friendly hotel in a beautiful spot overlooking the loch and mountains. Room was spacious family room, very clean and comfortable with TV, hairdryer, tea, coffee, biscuits and hot chocolate. Lovely friendly, helpful staff who can't do enough for you. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.
