This is my second time with this hotel. The location is right in the central of the city, the subway station downstairs is right on several subway line. The shopping mall has everything I need, from drinks, to resturant, clothings, and grocery. The property is being managed by an international brand, extremely clean, facility knows relatively decent and new.
I have a great view of the intersection as well.

Found lots small bugs in toilet. Not clean enough and asked for deep clean but still can see bugs

This hotel is exceptionally superior – clean, tidy, with good soundproofing in the rooms, excellent staff service, and delicious breakfast. Located right at the subway station entrance, it’s adjacent to a renowned shopping mall, coffee shops, and convenience stores. Additionally, there’s a laundry service with washing and drying machines available for a fee of 30 RMB. Highly recommended for business travelers.

Very lovely customer care from front desk staff. Hotel is located right next to metro station and neighboring area has many malls and eating areas with good options for western style food. Rooms are very clean. Bathroom quite spacious and room cleaned daily. Breakfast is basic but filling with many options.

3 times staying this hotel. some rooms a bit dirty. but overall is good. I like the breakfast. Great location, just next to a shopping mall, super convenient.

Staff were friendly despite the language barrier. I loved their breakfast choices, which was a plus that it came with the room rate. It was difficult to find a hotel with free breakfast.

Hotel was nice only problem is food they should keep some vegeterian some non vegetarians due to health issue but food overall is good and hotel is very good

i checked into the hotel onMay 2nd and was given the keys to room 2902. As i went to the room, i swiped my key card and the door open. However there was a guy in the room, he shouted and slam the door to the closed position. Someone was in the room. I wnet back to the reception and was given another room 3301 which i stayed for the next 3 days
This is definitely NOT acceptable!!
