Our open-plan suite was a spacious 50㎡, offering plenty of room without feeling cramped. It came fully equipped with a Dyson hairdryer and a comfortable bathtub. Janice from the guest services even thoughtfully prepared kids' bathrobes and toothbrushes in advance, showing amazing attention to detail. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. Lexi at the front desk handled our check-in efficiently and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly, and the 24-hour room service was incredibly prompt. Whether it's a family getaway, a business trip, or a culinary adventure, this hotel is a perfect fit, truly five-star quality! It's definitely on our 'must-rebook' list; we'll choose this place again for future concerts or trips."

"Definitely worth a stay in this city., lucky to got an upgrade to this room. at my arrival~ The bed is comfy, with both soft and harder pillow being provided. The breakfast comes with a fantastic range of choice, even have wontun noodles and congees freshly made for customers. I also love that they had vanity kits prepared for ladies. Overall, i think it’s a must-stay hotel if you have just the right amount of budget! A good hotel really ease a lot of worries and make my trip perfecto 😍 That said, i wish a foldable mirror could be provided so i don’t have to do my makeup in the bathroom😭"

"A short two-day, one-night trip from Dali, Foshan, only an hour and a half away. Going on a weekend meant fewer guests; it's less crowded in winter, but probably busier during the summer. 💰I booked a larger "Starry Sky Courtyard" room. These larger spheres have a more spacious interior and face the mountains, offering better privacy. The smaller spheres are quite small; you go right into the bed. They face the lake, so you have to pass by the lake to see other guests inside. ❌This room type is more for novelty; it's not comfortable. The plastic on the spheres has aged and turned a hazy white, making it impossible to see the stars or the outside. It's also very stuffy and poorly ventilated in hot weather. ☕Breakfast was expected to be a buffet, but perhaps due to fewer guests, it was served in individual portions. The taste was decent, enough to fill you up, and you could ask for more. ♨️The water here isn't hot spring water, but mineral-rich water. It's fine for kids to play in; they had a good time. 🅿️There are plenty of parking spaces; you'll need to provide your license plate number upon check-in. 🎫The hotel room includes admission to Nandan Mountain, as the resort is located within the mountain area, making it easy to access directly. 👍Overall, I think it's definitely worth a relaxing stay; the air is truly refreshing."

The front desk staff was very efficient; check-in and check-out in the mornings and evenings didn't involve long queues. When I needed office supplies or drinking water on short notice, the front desk responded quickly, and their service was professional and reliable. The room cleanliness was exceptional; the floors and even the crevices of the cabinets were thoroughly cleaned, and the washroom was spotless and fresh with amenities neatly arranged. The room facilities were well-maintained. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm – allowing for a truly restful sleep after a day of travel and meetings. The lighting and power outlets were thoughtfully placed, making it convenient for work, and the internet speed was stable and fast, perfect for desk work. The hotel also offers self-service laundry and drying facilities, which is incredibly practical for long-term business travelers. Public areas were regularly cleaned, and the lobby was elegant and pristine. Overall, both the soft and hard amenities were excellent, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. "1. The cleanliness was subpar. Despite requesting a deep clean in advance, the bathrobe ties were stained black. 2. The service was poor. My call to the front desk went unanswered for five minutes, and follow-up requests with staff members were never addressed. When the food delivery robot was out of order, I was told it would take a very long time for staff to deliver my order, so I had to pick it up myself. 3. The facilities, equipment, and environment were decent, and it's located near Qiandeng Lake. 4. I must say, this hotel might be acceptable for a quick business trip, but it definitely doesn't meet the standards for a family vacation. Given the price of the family room, where was the expected level of service? On a positive note, a manager did follow up after my stay regarding my feedback and offered a complimentary upgrade to a standard room on a future visit, which is indeed a good way to regain customer trust. However, after that phone call, they were supposed to add me on WeChat but I never heard from them again. That's ridiculous! Were they intentionally trying to annoy me? Honestly, this experience leaves me no choice but to give a bad review and completely lose faith in the Marriott brand."

"I checked in during the peak of summer. Around 1 AM, I discovered the AC was broken and notified customer service. The staff tinkered with it until after 3 AM before finally suggesting a room change. Upon entering the second room, I noticed the toilet seat cover had been opened and used, so I asked the staff to clean the bathroom again. The cleaning lady kept insisting they had already cleaned it thoroughly and that it was spotless! She kept going on and on, asking if a new seat cover would be better?? Eventually, I couldn't take it anymore and just told her to forget it, no need! In the end, they didn't even clean it and then had the nerve to ask me why I was so impatient?? Excuse me, after being inconvenienced for two hours during my rest time, are we now the ones being blamed for impatience?"

"I've stayed at Intercity hotels many times in other cities before, but this experience was particularly bad! I arrived at 5 PM to check in, and the front desk staff told me I had to wait. Which hotel at 5 PM still hasn't prepared its rooms yet??? It took almost half an hour before I could finally check in. This morning, I went for breakfast, but because it was too crowded, the restaurant wouldn't let me in, saying I had to wait 10 minutes. Yet, people kept trickling in. I asked how much longer it would be, and the staff told me to check the time myself. Alright, alright, I'm speechless. Huazhu Hotels, you just opened this new hotel and it's like this. You clearly can't handle so many tourists during a holiday, yet you still put on this show. The experience was truly awful. And you still expect me to give you a good review?
