Staff is very nice. There is a free louge for cofee and tea during 7.00 AM - 24.00 PM. We could leave a luggage during our short trip to other city for 5 days without any charge.

Location is wonderful.
Very close to Tenjin station.
A lot of activities around.
There’s a 7-11 right below the hotel.
But room is overall small. The bathroom has a smell too.

Excellent service! I made a mistake in stating our requests for 2A1C, as our boy was fifteen. Yet, while checking into the fully booked hotel, the reception managed to help us solve that. Kudos to the management and excellent service. Breakfast was excellent, too! Will definitely come back on our next visit.

The room was spacious enough to open the luggage, Location is really good, Staff is kind.

Very convenient location and kind staff. But the lobby smells cigarettes and so does the floor.

Very convenient location; just 3 mins from metro exit 1. Close to Tenjin Taito, GIGO and Round 2 so the kid was happy. Close to some renowned restaurants too. Small room but normal size I guess for Japan.

Location is ok, room very small and a bit old. Air conditioning in common area is very weak.
