Location is convenient, clean , room is big for 3 people, if there is luggage storage service it will be perfect

The apartment is pretty spacious which is good for a group of friends or family. A 7-11 is located within a minute of walk which is very convenient in terms of getting groceries or supplies if needed. Given it’s unmanned, so guests will need to be mindful of the emails sent from the hotel service team which contained the check in information, nonetheless, I found the check in and out process quite smooth. Really enjoyed the stay and had a great time with my mates.

Clean, spacious room. Love the kitchen and bathroom. Washer and dryer is available. Very convenient. The hotel will email out the door entrance code and check-in ID one day in advance. Check-in and check-out on the tablet in the unstaffed lobby was easy. Free paking lot. 7-11 and Family mart are within walking distance. Good location. Walking distance to Kushida shrine, Canal City Hakata, etc. Highly recommend esp for families.

性價比高，是家庭旅遊首選。地點距離博多駅大概十分鐘路程，但附近只找到一間便利店。 房間配套一般，訂了七晚住宿只可自助洗衣，不會換新毛巾。清潔度有待改善。洗衣機沒有使用守則，全日文顯示的。 夜晚水管傳出怪聲，影響睡眠。

(Please scroll down for English version) 入住日期：2/3-7/3 （分開咗兩個booking) 房型：最平果個（三床無煙單間） 價錢：平均650HKD左右一晚（當時其他酒店過千） 類型：三人家庭旅行 評論：你會睇到好多人評論話佢咩冇入門口密碼同埋由博多站行得遠。我因為e啲評論而搞到我考慮咗成兩個禮拜。結果，冇一個正確。首先，你訂房後會收到由酒店send比你既email. 入面清楚寫明你係要做pre check in. 打返基本個人資料同比埋passport相就ok. 做完之後，你係會收到兩個密碼。一個係大廈門口密碼，一個係房門掛住既鎖匙盒密碼。房門用鎖匙鎖門，所以唔存在有人話咩房門電子鎖冇電搞到入唔到房e啲荒謬既事。而你去到大堂既時候要自己用ipad做check in （ipad有多國語言選擇）. 如果你出發前做咗pre check in，你到時會勁快搞掂個check in 手續. 記住，佢雖然有hotel果個字但後面係condo. 其實就係民宿。加上人哋已經寫明係無人unmanned hotel. 我唔明點解有人會expect要有服務。雖然係冇人酒店，但我早午晚凌晨清晨都試過send email比佢哋客服，佢哋係可以keep 住10mins內回覆返我。而行得遠方面，父母年過60，亦唔覺得遠。基本上5-6mins都已經行到博多站旁邊入口（有一晚太大雨，係博多站撘的士返民宿只係約2-3分鐘車程）。而清潔方面，的確係有唔乾淨嘅地方。主要係地板有比較多行李篋嘅碌痕跡。其餘都係乾淨嘅。房入面有洗衣機，亦有洗衣液，牙膏牙刷，沖涼液洗頭水（日本製）提供。廚房設備齊全，雪櫃都大大個。晚上安靜唔嘈。附近有一間比較有規模嘅7-11便利店（2mins) 路程。如果你自駕，幢大廈附近已經有幾個停車場選擇。整體而言，E個價錢，非常抵住。👍🏻 Period: 2/3-7/3 (booked separately) Room Type: Standard Triple Non-Smoking Room Price: Average of around 650HKD per night (at that time, other hotels were over 1000HKD) Type of Travel: Family trip with three people Review: You may come across reviews from other people mentioning the lack of an entrance code and the distance from Hakata Station. These reviews made me hesitate for two weeks. However, none of those concerns turned out to be true. Firstly, after booking, you will receive an email from the hotel clearly stating that you need to complete a pre-check-in process. You just need to provide basic personal information and upload a photo of your passport. Once completed, you will receive two codes: one for the building entrance and another for the key box attached to your room door. The room door is locked with a key, so there is no issue with electronic locks running out of power. When you arrive at the lobby, you need to use the provided iPad for self-check-in (multiple language options available). If you completed the pre-check-in process before your arrival, the check-in procedure will be very quick. It's important to note that although it has "hotel" in the name, it is actually a condominium-style accommodation. They have already mentioned that it is an unmanned hotel, so I don't understand why some people expect full service. Although there are no staff at the front desk, I have personally sent emails to their customer service at various times, and they have always replied within 10 minutes. As for the distance from Hakata Station, even with my parents in their 60s, they didn't find it far. It typically takes only 5-6 minutes to walk to the entrance near Hakata Station (one night when it was raining heavily, taking a taxi from Hakata Station to the accommodation only took about 2-3 minutes). Regarding cleanliness, there were indeed some areas that were not perfectly clean, mainly some marks on the floor from luggage. However, the rest of the room was clean. The room is equipped with a washing machine, and they provide laundry detergent, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and Japanese-made shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen facilities are complete, and the refrigerator is spacious. The nights are quiet, without any noise disturbances. There is a relatively large 7-11 convenience store nearby (2 minutes' walk). If you are driving, there are several parking lots near the building to choose from. Overall, considering the price, it is a very cost-effective option. 👍🏻

7살 아이랑 갔는데 공항이랑 렌트카업체랑 멀지 않은 위치라 좋았어요! 무인호텔이라 위생상태는 기대하시면 안될것 같구요. 하지만 전화해서 이야기하니 서비스맨이 2명이나 와서 빠르게 해결해줍니다! 저희가 도착했을때 방에 액자가 하나 침대로 기울어져 있어서 위험해 보였는데, 전화해서 해결해달라고 했더니 금새 와서 치워주셨어요. 세탁기는 이용해 보려했으나 너무 시끄러워 바로 껐구요. 전자레인지 잘되고 부엌이용이 가능하니 바로 100m앞에 세븐일레븐에서 저녁거리 사와서 떼우기 좋습니다. 바닥이 좀 차갑고 우풍이 불어서 좀 춥지만 히터가 잘돌아요.(여름엔 시원할 듯) 욕실에도 히터, 건조, 환기 등 기능이 붙어있으니 꼭 틀어서 사용하세요~따뜻하게 목욕할수 있어서 아이가 좋아했어요. 화장실 문은 미닫이라서 가족끼리는 상관없으나 시댁,처가,삼촌사촌 등 한다리 건넌 가족이나 친구들끼리면 냄새, 소리 때문에 다소 민망하실 수도 있습니다.

酒店的位置較為偏遠, 但如果是自駕的, 沒有任何問題. 強列建議先PRE-CHECKIN, 取得QR CODE 後, CHECKIN 會方便快速很多. (因為感受不到任何服務.. 所以服務打分底了一點) 酒店附近有7-11, 可以解決基本既需求. 有洗衣機, 並提供洗衣液. 有需要人仕可以使用, 有免費車位, 自駕算是十分方便.
