Morden, nice and comfy hotel with modern facilities. The location was convenient as it wasn’t far from Funchal by public transport or walk. Within the area, it had variety of options to eat out, exercise and but something essential near by. Breakfast was nice and fresh and well organised.
Would come back again if needed.

The hotel is very beautiful, and great location, BREAKFAST IS AMAZING - and the staff is very hospitable. Rodrigo on reception was very helpful-however we had builders outside our room, which was a bit annoying as you couldn’t go on the terrace. We called Tripp and they were very helpful.

Très bon hôtel emplacement top juste à côté du bus direction aéroport et direction centre
Bien insonorisé parce qu’on avait vu sur les travaux … et ça va on a très bien dormi malgré cela
Seul bémol est le petit déjeuner ou a l’arrivé ils vous imposent de choisir un horaire
En cas de changement il faut appeler la veille au soir
C’est super chiant ! Surtout quand on a pas un emploi du temps millimétré
On a pas respecté tous les jours l’horaire et ça va on ne c’est pas fait recaler :)
Réceptionnistes sont top et toujours dispo

Good points Hotel spotlessly clean. Staff 80% of them friendly and helpful. The lady on Friday 3rd at 2pm and again on the Saturday afternoon was really great forgot her name.. Encouraged me to go to the flower parade. Bar staff extremely friendly and lemonade kept flowing :) Food selection outstanding - loads dairy free milk, gluten free selection, salads and fruit galore - being vegan this was amazing. Had an amazing massage at the spa. Room cleaned daily. Location quiet but near to the main city. Bad points Upon check out the gentle man said all inclusive wasn't included that day and was 30 euros for lunch and I had to pay for drinks. Other guests whilst I was there was using all inclusive until their transfers arrived in the evening !! I checked this twice with the same guy on reception and both times he said all inclusive finished after breakfast.. Pool - too cold for me both indoor and outdoor Tea bags wasn't replaced in room Room wasn't ready on arrival
