"Everything is great for this price category. A great breakfast for a 3-star hotel. A kitchen where you can cook a delicious dinner from excellent products. A strong hood, no smells, even if you treat yourself to fish. A balcony with a gorgeous view, where you can relax with a magnificent view of the sea and the shining fire of Mount Monte. . Cleaning every day. The area is wonderful. Down the street there is a promenade along the ocean, a gorgeous huge supermarket, greenery, cafes... I recommend it. Yes, the hotel is old, everything is a little shabby, but the pros outweigh the cons, considering the cost of all this."

"The hotel is conveniently located for traveling by car. Almost across the street is a shopping center. There are many shops nearby. Spacious rooms, huge balconies. Cool varied breakfast with champagne. The hotel has many beautiful photo zones with views of the ocean and the sunrise! Luxurious terrace! Outdoor pool and jacuzzi are not with ice water, we went in the winter without any problems. In the indoor pool, the water is much warmer, but there is a strong smell of chlorine. Upon arrival, they give out cards for a welcome drink at the bar located in the lobby. It was nice. Once we went to dinner, which is served as a buffet. But we did not like it. It was not as tasty as we would have liked. The only negative we found was paid parking in the underground garage! Why not make parking free for guests? But, I must admit, for a 4 - go stars Hotel is very good! I recommend!"

"It's a simple place to stay, with some worn items, but the price is reasonable for Funchal. It's fine for a couple of nights while exploring the city. Although it's uphill, you can reach the city center in about 15-20 minutes on foot, and parking is easy nearby. The rooms are small but comfortable enough, as long as you understand it's not luxurious. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is average but offers nice views."

Dorisol Mimosa Studio Hotel

"The indoor pool was closed for renovations and there was construction in the hallway, resulting in a lot of noise from 8 am. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked. The cleaning staff was very friendly. Climbing the 130 steps to reach the hotel at the end of the day was tiring."

Enotel Magnólia

"The hotel facilities and location are amazing! The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good with many options. The only negative point is the lack of detail in the service. The y offer only one water bottle per room and charge for refill, they offer no vanity kit or sleepers. Emitem magnólia could be a top hotel in Madeira if they pay more attention to the details. Overall we had a good time anyway."

"A magnificent hotel with a 360 degree view of the ocean and the bay of Funchal!!! The room was very nice and clean… we really enjoyed having breakfast every morning facing the ocean…. The servers are very friendly and smiling!!! I recommend 100% thank you to the whole team!!!"
