Pullman Changbaishan Resort

2 Restaurants are closed. No door man / greeting upon arrival. Property feels cold. Room size was good, plush bed. Nice bathroom. Shower needs a solid cleaning.. grouting is black. Breakfast was ok, decent Chinese variety and somewestern dishes, the hostess was the only staff member who greeted me during my stay.Around 8:00am a suited make manager walked in, looked around and helped himself to breakfast. Apparently he is in charge of the Restaurant.. could not observe him interacting with any guests.. Overall no value for money .. will probably choose an alternative next time

Good location (near Airport and Changbaishan West Ticket Center), clean room, and good facilities (heated swimming pool, gym, table tennis, pool table). The staff/manager Fly Liu is very attentive and provided excellent service and generous upgrade for our stay. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.

The stay was lovely, the staff kept me informed about the status of the mountain opening, and were very helpful organising taxis, transfers etc. A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, I recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Amazing hotel but a bit expensive for what is was..it think next time i might stay somewhere else a little bit more affordable overall amazing experience though

Nice hotel located in a quite place, surrounded by a forest, 20 minutes away from the airport. The service is superb, both Chinese and English speaking. The room was a huge one, modern and clean. Though the VIP lounge was closed, all other amenities are great. The hotel provides a complimentary transfer to West Slope ticket office and to the airport. We were also granted the late check out for free as our airplane departure was late in the evening. A real 5 star hotel experience

Wonderful ! 2nd time in Changbaishan, west area, 2nd time stayed in Pullman Resort. This is a gem of a place: - amazing location (close to the airport, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan, surrounded by nature, super quiet); - super friendly staff (they really go the extra mile to make your stay the best possible); - free airport shuttle service; - amazing food (dinners, delicious and varied breakfast) - awesome amenities: indoor swimming pool, ping-pong, snooker, gym, majong, SPA, deer you can interact with, etc. - they also had a healthcare team to go to the hotel, every 3 days in the morning to make the necessary covid tests. All in all, a magnificent experience. To go back if have the chance to go to Changbaishan again.

Firstly , the location is great and easy to get there . Secondly , the staffs of the the Hotel are very polite and helpful from the front to the kitchen” everyone is very welcoming . Thirdly, the rooms very clean and refreshing. It’s worth the cost . An also the surroundings are beautiful 😍 fresh air , no disturbances etc… I really enjoyed my stay here and definitely a resort I will wanna come stay again .

The Pullman resort is located 15 min car drive from the airport and 15mim from the Wanda resort, where the ski station is located. The resort is very big with many amenities. The rooms are big, clean and warm. Things I specially liked: - Breakfast buffet. Everything was really good and were many options, both chinese and western food. One of the best that I had in China. - Swimming pool. There is a big swimming pool and a small one for children. The water is warm and all the amenities clean, like new. Remember to bring your own cap. - There is also a place to play pool and games in the second floor. - I was very satisfied with the service of the whole staff. From the receptionists to the people in the buffet. They also helped us calling the taxi to go to the ski slopes. They also helped is dropping us off at the airport. We even had an amazing Korean barbecue dinner at 10:00pm. I would say that this is a foreigner friendly place. And without any doubt would recommend staying in this resort.

Pullman hotel is located conveniently close to the highway. However, it takes 2 hours to the lake. Children's play area is quite small and pool is rather cold. Rooms were great. We appreciated the rich breakfast buffet.
