"Facilities: The hotel offers a wide range of facilities including a swimming pool, gym, lobby bar, and laundry machines (washer and dryer). For children, there's a kids' club, swings, and even a kids' independent camp. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent. The floors were spotless, and garbage was collected daily. Environment: There's a large lawn. Right outside the hotel, there are plenty of beautiful flowers and plants perfect for photos. The hotel grounds are also very spacious. Service: The service was fantastic; they were always eager to help with any request. Drinks were delivered daily, and they even assisted with travel planning. The hotel also offers afternoon tea. Breakfast is very extensive and can be enjoyed at two different locations. Staying at the hotel includes access to many entertainment facilities, all of which are available for guests to enjoy. On the lawn, there's a cable car, grass-sliding, and slide cars. There's also a food town, hot springs, and a water park, all of which are great fun. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is long overdue for renovation; the facilities are quite old and the bed was very uncomfortable. The bed frame and headboard are upholstered, and after more than a decade of operation, they've accumulated a lot of dirt and dust. This really needs to be improved. The room layout is reasonable, and the suite's location is excellent, making it convenient for dining and entertainment. Breakfast was decent."

"This was my first time visiting Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort, and choosing the right hotel made all the difference! The room was comfortable, and the staff member Gao Jing provided excellent service. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, making the entire trip relaxing and enjoyable. After the rain, the mountain view room offered a lovely misty mountain view. The resort also has entertainment options that my child really enjoyed."

"Staying at the Hualuxe during the summer, the hotel had a wonderfully tranquil and healing atmosphere. I loved being able to take in the lush green mountains, which really helped to cool down the summer heat. Manager David was both professional and personable. He was super responsive whenever I had questions during my stay, and always handled things efficiently without ever seeming dismissive. Highly recommend!"

"I stayed here during the Chinese New Year. It's very close to the ski resort town. When I first checked in, they forgot to provide the complimentary fruit, but after I spoke to the front desk, they delivered it. Breakfast was very crowded, and the pastry chef wasn't particularly friendly; the service was just so-so. There was a lion dance performance on the morning of the first day of the New Year. The hotel facilities are quite old. On New Year's Eve, I wanted to watch the Spring Festival Gala, but the TV wouldn't turn on."
