コンパクトで綺麗な部屋。
宿泊費から考えると、立地の良さと電話対応の面では満足しました。
洗面所やシャワーはオシャレで好感を持てるものの、狭さやお湯の温度が少し低いことが気になりました。
あと、布団が薄めなため、2泊目はオイルヒーターをつけたら乾燥して喉が痛くなりました

We used the self check in upon arrival which was honestly a little strange but there was quite a bit of parking available. The garden is very nice and the room was fairly spacious. It is easy to walk into town for food and shopping.

Perfect for family with young children (7, 5, 1.5 yo). Beautiful garden with statues that children were delighted to search for and the dining area is also filled with plenty of surprises for the little ones. Our room (no. 5) was spacey and clean. There was a bunk with 3 beds, that older kids loved so much, that they actually slept there for the entire night (normally they migrate to my bed :)). The panoramic glass wall made it possible for husband and I to drink a glass of beer under the full moon on our terrace while watching sleeping children inside the room. Also: baby bed available. Radiators are a bit hidden under the grates and can be regulated if needed. We give this hotel 5 stars *****

The bed was rather awkward with the overhead bunk bed, making getting in and out a challenge. The mattress was fine but the pillows gave no support even with two. This is the only hotel or B&B I've stayed in that didn't provide in room refreshments. They did have a machine in the basement where one could purchase a coffee. Also charging for parking in the drive seems a bit money grabbing.
It's a touristy area which pushes up prices but charging extra for the things that one would normally be included is not good.
One good thing was the bathroom and shower.

We stayed at Villa Fantasia after a day of travel and sight-seeing. We appreciated the idea of self check in to save on cost but the kiosk to check in took a few tries to get it to work. Check out didn't work at all as the kiosk said it couldn't pull up my reservation. It had easy parking and a good location. The building felt really old inside and our room felt old as well but it worked for a quick stay. Unfortunately the bathroom had a bit of a sewer smell and one of the comforters had a stain and hair on it. Other than that, it worked well as a cost friendly option.

Very small rooms but clean. Town is very walkable , we drove here and parked car and walked around town. Very responsive at check in. No breakfast or coffee. No air conditioner and it was a little warm. Beds were better than average but only one pillow per person.

I LOVED this place! (I misunderstood the check-in procedure so left a low review for that--hopefully that's been changed, because that was my bad.) But Boni (sp?) was great at explaining it and getting in touch with me about it. And he was sooooo helpful with what to do in the area, and he was warm and kind.
The place is really clean, inviting, unique, and well-appointed. The location is also perfect--VERY close to a bakery/coffee place that opens nice & early, and also VERY close walk to the main drag in town.
My room was so cute and comfy, and staff was always responsive to my requests.
I definitely will stay here any time I'm in the area.
