"Location was good, near the center of Fussen and ~7min from railway station. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was nice and clean."

"The room was okay, but the bathroom wasn't very big. We booked a panoramic room, but the hotel gave us a garden view room at ground level, not on a high floor, and didn't charge us extra!"

"Very disappointing stay. Before arrival, the hotel said they would “try their best” to accommodate my request for an air-conditioned room, but at check-in I was simply told that this room type did not have air conditioning unless I paid an extra €131 to upgrade. In addition, the room had only two power outlets, one of which was faulty. As a result, the TV and refrigerator could not be used properly because the staff plugged the fan into the only working outlet instead of fixing the problem. I will not stay here again. The maintenance was poor, and the way the hotel handled these issues was highly unprofessional."

"Our stay here was wonderful. The staff was very kind and informative, the room was clean with a comfortable bed and a great view of the castles. I loved the balcony with the sauna and the jet tub in the bathroom. The restaurant had great food with a decent selection. Hotel is just a short distance from main attractions and hiking trails. I would highly recommended this hotel to anyone staying in the area."

"Very comfortable, the room was small but fully equipped, and the self-service kitchen was very cozy. The service was excellent. Füssen is definitely worth staying in; it's best to stay for a few days to explore the town, it's a very charming little town."

"It's a bit of a walk from the station, but there's a river nearby, so it's a great location for a stroll. I wasn't feeling well so I couldn't use the sauna, but I'd like to try it next time. The front desk staff were kind, and although some of them had difficulty speaking English, they were able to help me politely. The lodge-style room was spacious."
