We booked a very spacious family room with a queen bed for us and two separate large beds for our children—the layout was perfect, offering more comfort than we’ve ever had on a ski trip. But where this hotel truly shines is its staff. They were absolutely outstanding! Every request was met with kindness and efficiency. They arranged a reliable daily driver to the ski resort, organized an unforgettable horse-riding trek in the snow with local guides (the highlight of our trip!), and booked restaurants for us, kindly overcoming our limited Mandarin. What really stood out were two moments of exceptional care: · A receptionist walked all the way to retrieve a package that was mistakenly delivered to another hotel. · When we forgot a rental ski helmet, they found a driver to deliver it directly to the ski resort. Super kind, attentive, and tremendously helpful: we couldn’t have asked for better service.
