"The room was clean, but there was a platform between the two beds. You had to climb the steps to get on the bed, and the mattress was placed directly on the steps. It was very difficult to stand up from the bed, which was not very friendly to us elderly people. It was like sitting on a small step to stand up. The hygiene of the restaurant was really not good. The bowls taken from the disinfection cabinet for breakfast were sticky and not cleaned properly, but the food in the restaurant tasted good."

"The hotel is the first stop for the bus to the ski resort. Although the town is not big, it is still hard to walk to the ski resort with a lot of things. The triple room is beyond expectations, the room is large, the decoration is relatively new and there is no odor. The triple room is on the first floor, so it is good not to have to climb stairs. The heating has been turned on on October 6. The hotel is afraid that the guests will be cold, so they put one in the room. The front desk guy has a good attitude and considers the details for the guests. Except that the bathroom is a bit small and the shower has some problems. The price of less than 500 at this time is really a good deal."

"The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The front desk staff were helpful and answered all our questions. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient for basic needs, and the à la carte dishes and barbecue for dinner were quite tasty. It's a great hotel for families visiting Koktokay."

"The hotel has its own spacious parking lot. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and quite new. A twin room with breakfast for two at just over 200 yuan a night offers excellent value for money. The staff are attentive and responsible, and incredibly caring – they even prepare food for stray cats near the hotel, which is wonderful! I'll definitely choose this compassionate hotel again next time."

"Yesterday's check-in service from the front desk and security guards was extremely disappointing: Front Desk: During check-in, the staff were expressionless throughout. When I inquired about nearby facilities and breakfast hours, their tone was perfunctory, and they even interrupted me, showing a complete lack of service awareness. Security Guards: Impatient, rude, and shirking responsibility."

"The soundproofing in the room was very poor, and I could hear the conversation next door clearly. At 5 o'clock in the middle of the night, someone knocked hard on the door. How is the security work done?"

"Chinese (Han) hotels are usually very good throughout China. This is not a Chinese Han hotel and is the worst accommodation I've ever come across in this country (and I've been visiting China since 2012). Upon entering my room there was a bloody tissue in the toilet and urine on the seat and the room is very old, tired and dirty. The "wardrobe" is broken and the hangars are pilled at the base collecting dust. The breakfast which I attended one time (that was enough) had nothing to drink....no water, no tea, no drinks whatsoever, and it is the first hotel in China where they dont provide water in the room. Crazy. Most of the bedroom outlets were broken and the aggressive Kazak/Uyrghur "cleaning staff" constantly bang on the door when you tell them "NO!" and on my second day they unlocked my door (the lock clearly doesnt work) and swung it open smiling at me. They then wouldnt leave so I had to slam the door to get rid of them. It is the most disgusting place I've been in this country and they should have their tourist license revoked. I was also locked out my room twice as every day the card would reset and so I had to return from the 5th floor back to reception to re-enter my room! The building only looks nice from the outside, it is complete foolery and just a derelict shell within. Absolutely grim."

"Staying at the Mutian Garden Hotel was an absolutely fantastic experience, a solid five-star! Parking was stress-free with a huge, complimentary parking lot. Its location is perfect, only a ten-minute drive to the Grand Canyon, saving us a lot of time and effort getting around. The service was incredibly warm and attentive; the staff were so enthusiastic and proactively helped us with our large luggage. The rooms are well-designed with great facilities, and the hotel has an elevator, making it easy for both seniors and children to move between floors. The room itself was spacious with comfortable ceiling height, not at all stuffy, and the two 1.5-meter beds were ample for the whole family to rest. The entire room was spotless, and the bathroom had a three-part wet/dry separation with a comfortable smart toilet. The bedding was clean and fresh, and the soft lighting made for a very relaxing atmosphere. From the balcony, we had expansive views of the distant mountains. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, catering to both adults and children. The authentic Xinjiang Boursak and milk tea were wonderful, and our child especially loved the tomato noodles. The hotel's backyard had a fantastic ambiance, perfect for photos. We watched the sunrise in the morning, chased the sunset in the evening, and admired the starry night sky. A stroll along the quiet path to the Irtysh River was peaceful and therapeutic. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit!"
