Есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха! Вкусный ресторан Sasha в пяти минутах ходьбы от отеля! Супермаркеты, сувенирные лавки, длинная береговая линия в 5-15 минутах на тук-туке! Вкусный завтрак был включён в стоимость! Хозяин отеля-Уди, прекрасный человек! Очень вежливый, участливый, супер-отзывчивый, всегда поможет, ответит на все вопросы, сделает все, что в его силах, чтоб ваш отдых в отеле был замечательным! Обожаю это место, людей! Overall, the hotel is pretty good~ It's a resort, about 20 minutes' drive from the airport. The rooms are not very new, so it's pretty decent~ There are no shops around and sp****ly populated. The only drawback is that I had to wait for a long time to pick up the hotel. I agreed to pick him up near the post office an hour after landing. After waiting for more than an hour, I called the driver but he didn't answer. I had to call the hotel again to check. I waited for more than 20 minutes for the information to arrive. I must have forgotten it... It’s a bit of a pity. When we checked out the next day, they proactively asked us if we wanted to be dropped off at the airport. The staff also kept smiling and made us feel happy. Dinner was also provided before 9 p.m.

First of all, everyone who works is friendly and the food is clean and delicious The building is old but takes a lot of effort to clean up

I am not really sure where to start on this review. I could write pages and pages for you but all I am recommending is that you do not book the Hotel Clarion and if you have, cancel it. The last time I stayed here in August 2018, I was assured by the management that the whole hotel was going to be refurbished, I supposed they say this thinking that you are not going to return. I borrower a hairdryer from the hotel and it did not fit any of the sockets in the first room. I stayed here for three nights just before Christmas, and I moved rooms three times. For ease, I am just going to list the issues that I had. The sad part about all of this is that, on the whole, the staff were courteous and as helpful as they could be, but the lack of investment and application of health and safety issues had to be seen to be believed. They - whoever was in charge - basically did not bother to address severe problems or the overwhelming number of complaints that I made on a regular basis. THIS IS NOT A FINITE LIST: First room - no hot water, loo did not function, bath towels were frayed on all edges, no hand towels, toiletries were 'second hand plastic bottles and refilled', wardrobes and shelving were grimy and dusty, toilet seat was broken, tap on wash basin was not fixed to the wash basin, mould in living area, mould in bathroom area, electric wires were visible, pedal bin in bathroom area rusty and pedal half broken .... and so the list goes on. Down for breakfast - sausages in bain marie were luke warm & were not hot, flies over fruit and bread (these were casually whooshed away by the staff as they could not see what I was worried about), dining room area carpet was filthy and desperately needed a hoover and a steam clean - & wait for it - bugs (I was reliably informed by a waiter that these were not bugs but ants!!) crawling across the table. Second room - wardrobes etc grimy, but carried on unpacking, did not have time to settle because - wait for it - when I took out the plug to the hairdryer, the whole electrical socket fell out exposing wires etc. One man arrived with a small screwdriver and he assured me that it was 'no good' - he called another man who arrived with a larger screwdriver who also assured me that it was 'no good' and that there was a risk of fire. Yes - FIRE. Third room - I was then moved again to their luxury room which had a huge damp patch in the hallway, exposed wires, a filthy fridge, grimy shelving in the wardrobes, damage to bottom of bath area and mould on the shower curtain & the drains smelt. Despite my use of mosquito protection, I woke up the following morning with three bites on my face, one on my wrist and one on my ankle. At breakfast I moved tables three times (they had changed the tablecloths) because of the ants. It was a Sunday and there were only four people staying in the hotel, so very little breakfast was provided - a plate of food was brought over, which I rejected. I ordered a cheese omelette

I booked this hotel because the airport was near, and I checked in at midnight. The boss was very enthusiastic. The waiter was sweaty and took 2 towels from a pile of towels for us. In the dim light of the room, we found that the sheets and towels were dirty, and we slept without taking off our clothes. The room is very big, the bathroom door cannot be locked, it leads to another door, it is a bit broken, others can come in our bathroom from the outside! Before 5 o'clock in the morning to catch the plane, we two girls each moved more than 30 kilograms of luggage from the top floor in the dark. We woke up the staff when we couldn’t get a taxi. It turned out that we had already called a taxi for us yesterday. We were shocked when we saw a tuk-tuk with three wheels, and the price doubled. We didn’t want to because we couldn’t fit our luggage and safety reasons. After the ride, the driver left angrily and said: You are rich, but our country is poor. We were very uncomfortable. The hotel's mistake did not inform us of the price and the price of the taxi, which caused the driver to misunderstand. After that, the hotel has been unable to help me call a car or arrange a car to go to the airport. When the plane is about to be delayed, we finally found a car on the side of the dark road, which is a blessing in misfortune. It is recommended not to stay in an informal hotel if the flight is early, in case the travel cannot be guaranteed, it will be very troublesome.

This is my first time been visited to covanro with my team members & family. Nice ambience, cool & calm relaxing place. This is the ideal place to enjoy and relax with families/ friends. The service given by all satff members @ covanro is unbelievable. we were wamly welcome by front staff. The restaurant service staff was fantastic and service oriented. The food was delicious and nicely arranged buffet with mouth watering Desserts. Thank you very much to covanro Ambassadors for made us memorable experience. Special thanks to Mr. Janaka (General Manager) for great support and assistance. Thank you all once again. Good luck!!! Will visit again.
