What's particularly worth mentioning is that my child, visiting the North for the first time, wasn't used to the climate and had a severe nosebleed on the bedding around 3 AM! I was already prepared to pay for the damages, but the staff said it was a special circumstance and not intentional on the child's part, so they waived the compensation fee!
