"I drank milk in the glass on first day. After 5 nights the milk were still in the glass walls and bottom although the staff came for cleaning every day and put the glasses upside down in a way that they seemed like washed but they were not washed. Maybe they just rinsed with water without proper wash. The restroom pipe was smelling which was very unpleasant. The hotel was surrounded by some sports field and every day early morning about 6am the ppl come to practice and shouting so loud which was really annoying. But the hotel was beautiful and the pool was clean."

The surrounding area has excellent shopping facilities, and the hotel's central location makes it convenient for visiting attractions. There's a yakiniku restaurant, a convenience store, and what I liked most was a great sports store with plenty to buy."

"I'm staying nearby while visiting relatives. Transportation is so-so; there are shopping malls and parking lots nearby. However, room cleaning requires prepayment. You have to throw away your used towels and get clean ones yourself. Breakfast is very basic: coffee, drinks, and 3-4 kinds of small bread rolls."

"The place is very nice: the infrastructure is very good, all the christmas decorations and the hall are amazing. We had problems with the reservation (prior arrival) and Yuri helped us a lot not only with the reservation but also with all the information regarding the resort and the area. Unfortunately at the front desk anyone speaks english: we always used the translate, but all were very nice. Additionally I would like to thank Michiko: she was my therapist and she was amazing and she gave me a lot of assistance on what to see and what to avoid. The Paddle Bar is amazing: the barman is very cute and the drinks are absolutely amazing! Generally speaking was a nice stay, but I think will be better during summer season."

"This is next to seven eleven and i found it convenient. At first it was hard to locate the entrance of the hotel and as a first timer it was very confusing and a little frustrating. However, it was worth it. It felt like an apartment/mini condo. Theres posters and instructions everywhere to help you, look around and read. Also, if you don't understand or find what you want to know you can ask front desk. I mainly like the simple but clean look of the hotel."

"This is our honeymoon trip and they even upgraded room for us. Thank you 😊 About this hotel, everything is just perfect. Hotel is new and clean. Staff are friendly and attentive. And it’s not too far from Naha Airport. If you don’t drive, you can take a hotel shuttle bus or a taxi. There is a bus stop nearby if you want to try public transportation. Also a shopping mall and restaurants are very close. We really enjoyed a wonderful sea view at the club lounge. We will stay at Prince Hotel again in our next trip."

"We booked two twin rooms for four nights. The rooms were very spacious, perfect for family trips. The lobby had a great resort atmosphere. It's not far from American Village, Parco City, and Kokusai Street. The hotel offers free parking. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The swimming pool was closed in winter. We contacted the hotel via email before check-in, and they responded very promptly, so we didn't have to worry at all. We would definitely stay here again."
