I immediately dropped off my luggage and headed to Chaka Lake, making full use of my time. However, the showerhead's water flow wasn't very good, although there was a fan."

"This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating, and I highly recommend it. I've stayed in countless hotels, but this one truly blew me away – it's a hidden gem for any trip to the Northwest. The location is superb, nestled right in the heart of the Yardang landform. You've got the popular cliff slide, breathtaking sunsets that set the perfect mood, and the Milky Way visible just by looking up, all within reach. Step outside, and you're at the desert pool and the emerald-green salt lake. In the evenings, there's a bonfire and a fireworks show. You honestly don't need to rush around visiting various attractions; just staying at this hotel makes your trip feel complete. The butler even prepared a small birthday gift for me, which was so touching!"

"Positive review! I booked a twin room during my road trip. The room was spacious, with individual air conditioning throughout. It was very comfortable given the large temperature difference between day and night at high altitudes. The room was well-maintained, with all necessary disposable amenities provided. They even had complimentary bottled water, and there was also free purified water available in the lobby. There was a restaurant nearby, making dining very convenient; the food was delicious. Check-in was quick, parking was free, and it was great value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone driving to Golmud!"

"My friends, you wouldn't believe it! I chose this hotel for my business trip because of its convenient location, but I was completely blown away by the oxygen system and humidifier in the room! It's been so dry lately, with the changing seasons and constant client visits, my throat was parched and I couldn't sleep well at night. The moment I entered the room, it was different. The air was incredibly fresh, unlike the stuffy feeling in other hotels. I asked and found out it was because of the whole-room oxygen system. After a while, my breathing became much easier, and my fatigue was significantly reduced. Even more thoughtful was the humidifier in every room! I slept with it on at night, and woke up in the morning with a soothed throat and moisturized skin. I no longer have to get up in the middle of the night for water. Plus, the humidifier looks great, is easy to use, and doesn't take up any space. The hotel service was also excellent. The cleaning staff checked the equipment daily and were quick to fix any problems. The value for money was off the charts. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm on a business trip! I highly recommend it to anyone with dry skin or light sleep!"

"I spent many days in Golmud and stayed in many hotels, choosing this one because the rooms had air conditioning. However, upon check-in, I discovered it wasn't working. This wasn't mentioned during check-in; I only found out after asking. Isn't this false advertising? I won't even mention the poor room cleanliness, the indescribable towels and bath towels, the hair on the bed, or the terrible soundproofing next to the railway—the train noise kept me up all night. This problem can't be solved anytime soon, and even if it were, I wouldn't stay there again. My main concern is the front desk's behavior. We had spent the whole day sightseeing and told them our phone was about to die, asking to check in first. They insisted we scan a QR code, which was basically just helping us with fraudulent transactions. They claimed it included breakfast, but we had to leave at 7 AM; who cares about breakfast? Scanning the code to book and then getting a refund—isn't that fraudulent? Not only did it waste half a day, but then they discovered we'd already registered and couldn't place an order, so they just gave us the room key. Seriously, use your brain! We travel all the time; we've all registered for Huazhu Club memberships before, we just don't use it often. Afterwards, in the elevator, I casually asked the front desk if they still provided breakfast. The receptionist coldly uttered two words: "No." What were you doing earlier? Wasting our time to boost your sales figures? Turning hostile as soon as you didn't achieve your goal? Treating guests like monkeys? When you asked us to generate revenue through fake orders, you said it was for the restaurant's data. You weren't planning to provide breakfast, and it wasn't included in our room booking. We didn't even have time to eat breakfast in the morning. What kind of data are you generating? Tell me why!"
