"I stayed for two days. On the first day, I found bloodstains on the sheets and pillowcases and contacted the hotel. After going out for a day trip, they didn't call me back with any solutions. That evening, when I inquired about how to handle the situation, the front desk staff were very helpful and proactive. However, the manager was quite arrogant. They said they weren't sure what the stains were or how they were caused, and even suspected I had done it myself. As a tourist, I didn't want to waste time. In the end, we negotiated a refund for one night's room. This is an objective review, and I'm not trying to badmouth Atour. However, it's a fact that they didn't change the sheets and pillowcases. The Hangzhou hospital bed sheet incident just happened. I think Atour Hotel definitely lacks management. Actually, the staff were very helpful; it was the arrogance of the management that surprised me. It was the first time I'd encountered such a situation."

"The room was clean and bright, spacious and well-ventilated, making it very comfortable. The staff member, Xiao Yue, was very attentive and helpful, making my stay very reassuring. I left my watch in the room, and the staff member honestly returned it to me and left it at the front desk. I'm very grateful. It's very close to the train station; it's within walking distance."
