房間很寬敞和乾淨，酒店服務人員很熱情友好
這個酒店原先是船舶設計的辦公室，後來改建成了一個小酒店，坐落於河岸碼頭邊，樓下就是一個小餐館，魚特別不錯。
周圍很方便，超市酒吧都有，出門可以坐船去舊城區。

Quality hotel, lovely feel, all clean and spotless, you could see the daily dust in the corridor as the carpet was a plain brown but it was hoovered daily! Breakfast was amazing with a fantastic selection of meats, cheeses , bacon and eggs, waffles, cereal! Overall 5*

We arrived around midnight to find no one at the reception. After waiting outside, some fellow guests eventually let us in. The self-check-in kiosk required a booking number that we only received after contacting customer service, who took about an hour to respond. Although we finally received assistance, we couldn't locate our assigned room and were offered a substitute of lower quality. We were assured that the correct room would be provided the next day when staff were available. However, the following day, we were unable to switch back to our original room and were instructed to stay in the alternative room for the remainder of our stay

I was very disappointed in the room, not how it is shown on the booking website at all!!! Vile place, there were bed bugs!!! Cleanliness was so poor. Will never ever stay here again. The man at reception didn’t care as well when we told him - my rating would be so low so for this hotel

Check in was terrible. The only marked entrance to the hotel, eith the logo and a sign leading to it, is locked. Check in instructions per mail did not specify the hotel would be unstaffed. Spent 20 minutes outside in 15 minus degrees looking for a way to enter. Finally found the open door on the other side, were met by a checkin machine that didnt accept our recervation number and two closed reception.
When finally in our room it was dirty, the tables and desk hadnt been cleaned and had visivle dust and little pieces of trash on them.
All the furniture and floors have many stains and marks of wear on them. The bathtub was broken without possibility of opening the drain.
The room was FREEZING, we didnt bring pyjamas for a one nighter away and had to sleep fully dressed in our outer wear clothes to get any sleep. We got twin beds despite wanting a double and were never asked our preference for this.
Its a pity, because the furniture and design and location could have made it an amazing hotel had it been run properly.

We need towel exchange everyday.
It's better have room cleaning everyday.
They're impossible in this hotel.

Terrible experience. No curtains in the room on the ground floor, keys didn't work properly, reception only availible by telephone. Go somewhere else if you want a nice hotel.
No response on complaint, realy bad service.
