"Recently built hotel in a very strategic location, close to the city center, car rental, shops and with public parking nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the property was clean and well maintained. The only downside was the size of the room, which was quite small and not very comfortable for two people. Also, housekeeping was not provided during our three-day stay and appears to be an extra paid service"

"Cozy hotel with friendly personnel, and an okay single room. It wasn’t large, but it was clean. More than good enough for the two nights I stayed there. But it was in need of maintenance though: the doors and such were quite badly damaged. I’ve added breakfast to my booking, and this was really good! Lots to choose from, and delicious. One complaint: the rooms facing the street are not soundproofed enough in my opinion, too much of the noise of the quite busy road outside came in😕 Would stay again though, and I heard the double rooms are less noisy as these don’t face the street."

"Good hotel, a bit dark rooms maybe as lighting is spotlights. Good TV with streaming option. Very good breakfast, especially bread but typical Swedish breakfast with few hot dishes and a bit crowded sometimes. Here too a bit dark, difficult to read signs at the food (if you need reading glasses) as the color of the labels matches the dark. There are a few restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. 40 minute walk to the center if you don't take the bus/boat/tram. Nearby there is cheaper and also free 2 hour parking. Outside the hotel expensive even at night. Despite the name, the hotel is not in Karlatornet but in an extension."

Neyse, sonuç olarak aşağı inip onlara şahsen sormak zorunda kaldım ancak resepsiyonist Haziran ayında olduğumuzu ve ısıtıcının kapalı olduğunu söyledi. Bunun için bir çözüm yoktu, bu yüzden bütün gece odada üşümek zorunda kaldım. 2. Yatakta bir böcek buldum. Çok iğrençti. Tahtakurusu olup olmadığından emin değilim ancak bu otelde kalırken giydiğim kıyafetlerimi atmıştım. (Fotoğrafı ekledim ve talep üzerine video kanıtı da mevcuttur) Burada kalmanızı tavsiye etmem. İstasyonun etrafında çok sayıda otel var, eminim daha iyileri de vardır."

"The hotel’s location is excellent — just a short walk from the central station, which made getting around very convenient. However, I was disappointed by a few aspects of the stay. The hotel provides grey towels, which I found unappealing; white towels generally give a better sense of cleanliness. Breakfast was adequate, though some of the fruit offered was of poor quality. I also had concerns about the room’s cleanliness. After our first night, it didn’t seem like the room had been thoroughly cleaned — the drinking glasses we had used weren’t replaced, and some visible stains we had accidentally made were not wiped down. Additionally, the iron in the room tripped the power on both occasions we tried to use it, which was quite frustrating. The refrigerator in our room wasn’t working properly, so the drinks we stored inside remained warm. I also found the 11:00 a.m. checkout time to be inconvenient, as a later checkout would have allowed for a more relaxed departure."
