I am foreigner, It’s nice to live Park Hyatt Hotel , Customer service 100% , so clean , if i have one more chance come again guangzhou i will live there again

Don't let the people downstairs fool you, they'll send you away or ask you to make a refund, but they're not the managers for this hotel. The real manger is very polite and helpful, probably call in advanced if you can't find them.

It’s not Park Hyatt at all. Just a typical apartment. Please be honest!
Construction noise 24 hours 😞
Maybe its suitable for textile marketers or Nobody else.
The way to metro station is challenging 😫 full of electric bycicles traffic jam. No way!

The service and landlord are very nice and supportive! The housemaid is very helpful and supportive as well. The facility is very good for the price, the place is spacious. Worth for the money!

I always enjoy coming here when I'm travelling on business. The flat is very spacious, comfortable and offers a good starting point to the textile market. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
