The room is big. Please avoid the room number 203 because the sound of water in the bathroom flowing down the pipe besides the bed. Location is very good. No elevator.

Hotel location was quite difficult to find as the hotel was situated in a narrow street alley. But metro and Shangxiajiu pedestrian street was just a 3-5 mins walking distance. Room was clean and their service was also good. The main problem was just communicate with the receptionist or the hotel service person as they don’t understand any English. But overall I can recommend this hotel within an affordable price.

The morning time lady was good and helpful but the Location was very difficult to find. They didn't clean the room every day. After asking them to clean they sent an aunty but after cleaning they didn't provide any towels, when I asked them about it- they said there were no Towels- This was terrible. By mistake, I forgot to take a few of my expensive Branded T-Shirts to the room and when I reached out to them through WeChat they said they didn't get any clothes but I didn't stay any other places so I asked them to check with the cleaning lady but they never replied me later on. Overall Very bad experience!!

nice location and comfy bed. Walking distance to many places in Guangzhou. Good air con and TV. Easy to find.

To find the hotel was stressful , especially for foreigners, but hotel room was clean .

Beds are comfortable but toilet is not the best. Though the showering area is separated with a divider, the whole toilet area will still be wet. There was also no floor mat provided. However, the front staff lady was very helpful as we had to rush to the airport and she guided us on how to book a taxi.

We stayed for 3 days but not even one room service were provided. Trash were not removed, amenities were not refilled, and we had to clean the toilet by ourselves on the first day due to the stench. Lady staff working on the night shift was unfriendly but credits should be given to the guy staff who was helpful.

Hotel location is near the subway. Once out of exit, cross the Changshou road to Liwan plaza and walk along the left end of the mall to a small junction and cross to another smaller road. Hotel is hidden inside an alley along the shop houses. You need to watch out for their signage board. Once you know your way, it’s easy access to wherever you want to go. Room is generally clean but the flooring is dirty. Reception lady staff is kind and helpful. She gives excellent service. Overall it’s a decent stay.
