Tozlu oda. Gerçekten tatminsiz hissettim. Şehir manzaralı oda alacağız dediler, olmadı. 10:40 kahvaltı için aşağı indi ve yemek için başka seçenek yoktu. Valizlerimizle bize nasıl yardımcı olduklarına sevindim.

Near to Subway and railway station. 1-2 traffic lights to shopping area. Good spread of breakfast.Can order packed food fm hotel. Highly recommended.

we only stayed for a night in this hotel but personally I think the location of the hotel is not great as it is not beside any big malls or subway station. Only had experience with a few service stuff at the front desk, the service was media-core, you won’t feel the warmth of the service staff as compared to other big hotel chains that I stayed before. The hotel room is decent enough, and the bed is comfy.

The hotel stay was fantastic! One of the best and most luxurious hotels I have stayed in. It was huge and a family of 4 could stay comfortably. Wanted to get a day bed for my daughter but she was comfortable sleeping on the huge sofa. The facilities were complete and staff was great and help was given whenever it was needed. Every time my cab arrived at the hotel there was definitely someone opening the door for us.

I booked my stay on the 10th of December and 2 breakfasts was included in the booking. But when my girlfriend arrived at the breakfast venue, the 2 girl staffs infront of the breakfast hall told her breakfast was not included in the booking. What the hell??? Do the staffs need a pair of glasses to check properly or was she discriminated because of her skin color??? I had to come back from an hours drive to confront them, wasting my precious time for their incompetence. Didn't expect such a **** service from Hilton, absolutely disgusting service. Rubbish hotel. Checkout took more than 30mins because they were understaffed. Don't book this hotel, Marriott or Park Hyatt offers better service and have better location.
