This is a very poorly maintained hotel, air conditioning not working, washing basin drainage is not working properly, incests including cockroaches are seen . Not come again.

The room is spacious and children friendly. The location is perfect as it is just a few minutes walk from Sunac. The front desk was very helpful but cleanliness needs improvement , we were given a towel full of cigarettes smell, which deducted a lot of marks in the ratings .

The serviced apartment is very convenient in terms of location. With loads of nice and small restaurants downstairs and the shopping mall and theme parks across the street. Location vice, it's absolutely perfect. In terms of the room, it's slightly rundown. Bathroom was basic minimal. Wasn't aware that the water was one of those heated/boiled water type and need to wait for it to be boiled up in order to have hot shower. So, for families of four staying in the room, we need to wait for a bit in between each person's shower. Saying that, the kids themed room with the video arcade set inside the room is a major plus! Both adult and kids love playing it. It was great.
Bed was comfortable. Overall it's not a bad stay. For the price paid, it's worth it.
