When I gave my check-in voucher which is written in English to the counter, the counter told me that they did not know english. They kept on asking me the question in Mandarin which I am not familiar. Then they asked me to give my identification to check my booking. After checking, they recommended me to upgrade my room because they told me that our room may be distributed by the activities in KTV room. Finally I have to pay an additional $120 to change my room. Besides I was told that we can access WiFi but when I entered the information as requested , it did not work. I went to the counter for assistance, the customer service told me that I should have mobile phone number in China for verification. I am not the resident of China, how can I have the mobile phone number in China. Overall, I am disappointed with their service.
