I stayed here during canton fair the location is good. Frontdesk reception staff was kind and very helpful. The hotel itself is little outdated and not like the photos.

The most important thing in a hotel is sleep, I was extremely surprised about how well I have slept there, maybe it was the best sleep I have ever done in the hotel.
The stuff it's extremely friendly and helpful .
Check out at 2 PM. What is the perfect time to get a good rest of sleep and prepare for the road!!

Hotel staff were very helpful. Location is far from the nearest metro (~20 minutes) but calling a cab wasn’t a problem. The room itself was very clean and nice. My only complaint is that the bathroom had an old water smell. Other than that, very good quality for the price!

It was not hard to locate, but the overall surrounding looks a bit rough.
The customer service was very good. She was willing to assist me in resolving the issues around my covid test result.
The room is clean, but I don't like the smell from the Air Conditioner. Makes it hard for me to breathe.
The design of the bathroom is bad. After shower, there's water log and the hotel doesn't provide any mop to help in such situations. If the bathroom in every room is like that, then all the rooms should have a mop to clear the water log after shower.

環境特別差，衞生堪憂啊，第一個房，哪個馬桶還有沒洗的尿漬和毛，馬上換第二個房，衞生也沒好到哪裡，前台太小，不會做事，服務態度不好，第二個房還有上個房客落下的紙巾都沒收拾，第一次住到這樣的房間，大開眼界，不會來了，不推薦，而且按金要退房當天下午四點才能退，無語死了

桐米酒店公館，這是我在天河住過衞生最差的酒店，睡的刺撓全生癢，半夜2點叫保安大師來換床單被罩
