I stayed multiple time here and I’ve got very good experience every time. Good staff like Subhash Ashok Ravishankar Chandan Jay Vikas and they all are full of hospitality, humble. Galleria Market is across the road. I strongly recommend this place to stay in Gurugram.

Been travelling for the longest time but the experience is so fulfilling and complete at DLF City Club Phase 4 because of the professionalism of Vimpal and Ashok .The whole experience from check in to check out is something to be happy and fun

Kudos to Jay Singh and Chandan from housekeeping to make my stay comfortable everyday. Excellent services and convenient stay. Clean and green environment. In room dining menu can be more elaborate. Food quality is good. Smooth check in and helpful team.

Food is legit awesome. Service is excellent and the fish tikka recommend by Ganesh is amazing. I’m only adding this because TripAdvisor requires me to have 200 characters so I’ll keep writing until I get there. Not there yet. Aaaand almost there! Made it.

Mr. Chandan and Mr. vijay kumar from house keeping Department has extremely helpful and friendly. They are open to hear the feedback and working on suggestions. Even the restaurant has amazing food and great team. They are always carrying smile on their face and serve food with extremely love.

Fabulous experience . Large , well appointed rooms . Very courteous and helpful staff . Manisha , the relationship manager , was very attentive . So was the housekeeping , led by Vijay and Vikas , and the front office team . Will most certainly come back .

From the warm welcome to the efficient check-out, every aspect of my stay was truly impressive .. The staff were friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction .. The room was clean, comfortable,well-appointed and the amenities were excellent .. I was particularly impressed by the detailing as well as the breakfast spread .. Your team's dedication to providing outstanding service is evident and I appreciate the effort that goes into making every guest feel valued .. Thank you again for a wonderful stay .. Wonderful stay lovely rooms smooth check in with no hassles from entering the club security staff was good front office staff Ashok Vimpal are very good Manager Manisha who was managing everything very carefuly it was amazing to see such a hospitality people Manisha is great for the club.

Wonderful place. Amazing hospitality. Wonderful hostess. Manisha was outstanding. Staff was outstanding. Really special place and setting. The food was world class and the inside and outside ambiance was also fabulous. Everyone one who has a chance must take a trip here when in Gurgaon.
