My recent stay at Aaktitti Hotel in Gurugram was nothing short of a horror show. I feel compelled to share my experience to spare others from enduring a similar ordeal. Right from the outset, it was abundantly clear that this establishment operated on a disturbingly low standard. The owner's harsh demeanour set a grim tone, echoed by the lacklustre attitude of the staff. Their indifference towards guest satisfaction was truly disheartening. The condition of the rooms was beyond disappointing. Cleanliness was an afterthought, and the washroom was an outright disgrace. It was a deplorable environment that left me feeling thoroughly uncomfortable. To add insult to injury, I was shown one room in the morning, only to be handed an entirely different one in the evening. Shockingly, I was asked to pay in full before being granted access to my accommodation. It was only after parting with my hard-earned money that I discovered the room was not only different, but substantially worse than the one originally showcased. When I sought to rectify this grave error and request the room I had initially chosen, I was met with an absurd claim of unavailability. It was painfully evident that profit trumped any concern for guest comfort or satisfaction. The integrity of this hotel and its practices leaves much to be desired. The clientele of Aakritti Hotel was sadly reflective of the establishment itself. The atmosphere was marked by a disheartening lack of class and dignity. The treatment I endured was beyond deplorable, and it was clear that individuals from respectable backgrounds should steer clear of this establishment. In my view, this hotel not only warrants a thorough investigation, but should be considered for immediate closure. The commonplace visits by law enforcement to this establishment, likely in pursuit of unsavoury characters, speaks volumes about the dire state of affairs. My pleas for a room change fell on deaf ears, and to add insult to injury, my payment was never returned. In sheer disgust, I left the hotel within an hour, but there was no indication of remorse or accountability from the staff. Aakritti Hotel is nothing more than a den of opportunistic profiteers. Their sole concern is money, with no regard for the comfort or well-being of their clients. It is imperative that potential guests heed this warning and look elsewhere for accommodation. This place is a stain on the reputation of the hospitality industry and should be avoided at all costs.
