My child wanted to watch TV, but the remote didn't work. After several attempts, we finally fixed it. The next morning, when we went to breakfast, the waiter stopped us and told us there would be an extra charge for our child. My child is eight years old, and we've traveled with him to Beijing, Shanghai, Inner Mongolia, and Xi'an. This was the first time I'd been told there was a breakfast charge. It didn't make sense, but after some discussion, I was told it was. It was a bit awkward."
