The customer service attitude at the front desk is very good. They can speak simple English and Chinese and help us call a taxi👍The hotel lobby is on the 7th floor. The environment is acceptable and breakfast is charged. The rooms are very average, a bit like a youth hostel. The toilet was poor, so I had to stand in the bathtub to take a bath. The bathtub was full of water, and it was almost overflowing to the outside. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, a Costco and IKEA around the hotel 😂 It's very close to KTX, but it seems a bit difficult to take a taxi nearby.

The transportation is quite convenient, the Incheon Airport bus can come directly, and the hotel is diagonally opposite Gwangmyeong Station. The front desk is on the fifth floor and breakfast is on the fourth floor. It's quite lively downstairs, next to the AZ plazza, it's very convenient for eating and everything. The hotel sockets can use Chinese standard plugs, and there are also lazy sofas. The breakfast is average, there is a noodle station, but no omelet, overall it is acceptable. Except for a free bottle of water that was opened, there were no big problems.

The fly in the ointment is that the TV remote control cannot be pressed too far away, and the receiving point can only be used in a very close place. There is only 1 large bath towel for towels, which is not convenient for 2 people. Still, I spent a night in a mood when I was in love with the groom. ㅎㅎ The bed mattress was too old, so the spring creaked and it was a bit uncomfortable, but the price was good. ㅋㅋ

The room is neat and clean, and the place is spacious. There is only 1 large bath towel for towels, which is not convenient for 2 people. The customer service attitude at the front desk is very good. They can speak simple English and Chinese and help us call a taxi👍The hotel lobby is on the 7th floor. The environment is acceptable and breakfast is charged. The rooms are very average, a bit like a youth hostel. The toilet was poor, so I had to stand in the bathtub to take a bath. The bathtub was full of water, and it was almost overflowing to the outside. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, a Costco and IKEA around the hotel 😂 It's very close to KTX, but it seems a bit difficult to take a taxi nearby.
