這是我住過全季裏最大最乾淨最清凈的一家了，浴室很大，不誇張的説可以一家人在裏面洗澡，還有一張方方正正的大桌子，朋友可以一起聚餐，旁邊萬達廣場裏面點外賣吃喝很方便，超值！

The hotel is at a good location but not the hotel cos almost all the didi don’t come in to this alley and not aware of this hotel Hotel is very pretty and room is very nice There’s a free pickup from the train station which is very nice and plus point for the hotel However the staff needs more training in terms of their services and professionalism. Their standard is obviously not at the hotel’s level. When I reach on the first day, the young lady and gentleman that assist us with the check in is nice and friendly. However after that it’s always an older plump lady that is at the front desk during the day and her attitude doesn’t makes me comfortable. I was writing something to pass to her and she keep rush me to be faster and the way she talks makes me feels as if I’m at a market instead of hotel. And also the aunty that manned the laundry area. When I was washing my clothes around 3-4pm, she said I occupied both laundry pod and other ppl can’t wash it. I told her nicely that I will come and take out the cloth on time. I mean there’s so many ppl that leave their clothes in the laundry and dryer pod after clean and dried for hours or overnight. Doesn’t that occupied the pod as well and others cant use it? Then she still continues to nag and said me about using both pod. Once again I told her nicely the same statement. Then she continues again and keep repeating the same thing to me over and over again and I snap back at her only she stop. What’s wrong with her? There’s a saying 给你脸 你还蹬鼻子上脸了？以为我很好欺负吗？Please give more training to both of the staff so they don’t ruined the reputation of your hotel. And there’s a staff that told me to pay for the lost card. I misplaced a card before with other hotel and never been told to pay for it. They just simply void the card. It’s only 10-20 rmb which is not a lot tho but it really ruins my impression for this hotel. I mean this hotel is very pretty and I would love to stay there again if I’m visiting Lonyan again but with this kind of staff around, I will think twice before deciding my stay next time. I stayed Wanda and Fliport Hotel in Lonyan before and the price for these 3 hotels doesn’t difference much but their staff definitely handle customer with more professionalism and better attitude

Room - my room faces the magnificent Guan Zhai Shan. Every morning wakes up to a scenic view of lush greenery and mountain Location - near to the Guan Zhai Shan entrance. We took a DiDi taxi there which costs about Rmb12. The hotel is also near to the city which is less than 10 mins by DiDi taxi Service - attentive and respectful services at the front desk Hotel amenities - new and luxurious with a nice swimming pool and spacious lobby Atmosphere- very relaxing, spacious and enjoyable feeling Breakfast- last a good variety. Quality of food is generally ok Restaurant - serves delicious Hakka food Overall we had a very enjoyable experience

我必須給M·酒店一個大大的好評！酒店的環境優雅，裝修豪華，衞生乾淨整潔，細節之處盡顯用心，早餐也非常美味可口，種類豐富，咖啡、泡豬腰都不錯，服務更是無法挑剔，工作人員熱情專業，總能第一時間滿足我的需求，出差忘記帶充電器前台馬上給送到房間了，房間的茶包跟水用完了，打電話給前台，立馬又送了4瓶水跟兩包茶包上來，還特意交代，用完了不夠的話打電話給他們，管夠！還給推薦了很多性價比高的美食，哈哈，貼心服務，很温馨，有站在客户的角度考慮。強烈推薦給大家。

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay in this family run hotel just next to the Tulou. Had a nice river/mountain facing well equipped room with projector TV, wireless charging side table and v.comfy beds. Boss and his 2 nephews were most hospitable and offered their utmost assistance to us. . Everyone were super friendly and sociable. Hakka food is pretty good at the hotel and they do BBQs during the summer months outside at their patio , great to chill & socialise with the locals over a drink or 2 . They even had fireworks. Highly recommend to take the hotel package inclusive of the tulou night show plus a hotel set dinner.

位置很好找，出門走幾步就是公交站，去哪裡都很方便。前台小姐姐服務態度特別好，房間乾淨整潔無異味，下次還來

Hotel is newly renovated in Y2023 so facilities are new, clean and good. It is also located near key 土楼 attractions though car is needed to move around as per all other hotels in this area. There is a nice and reasonably priced restaurant next door for meals and good local dishes. We enjoyed the comfort and hospitality of this family run restaurant. Hotel reception service is good and helpful with immediate action on issues. For guests staying for more than 1 night, daily housekeeping service on demand basis or else cleaners won't enter to clean or make up room etc.

雖然衹住了一個晚上，但是真的不太滿意，以下幾點分析： 1.房間非常非常非常非常小，小到行李箱都沒地方放，衹能放過到，然後…房間里人就走不了路了，攜程上是廣角拍攝的照片，感覺不出來，實際房間非常侷促。洗臉枱連放護膚品的位置都沒有，衣服也沒地方掛，設定的掛衣櫥就兩個衣架，我們加娃三個人，掛兩件外蓋，其他衣服已經沒地方放了，我一直在想為啥牆壁上比搞點掛衣架 呢，真的東西沒地方放。 2. 衞生。衹能説非常非常的一般，公共區域打掃不及時就算了，房間里門後基本是沒打掃過的狀態，我躺在靠窗的位置，老是聞到不知道從哪裡飄來的尿味。公共區域的坐桌子一直也是無人收拾臟臟的狀態，老闆都在自己也要盯緊衞生這一塊呀，電梯門上的手印，一樓的桌椅全是油和垃圾，怎麼就看不到呢？更不用説桌椅擺放凌亂，讀書區櫃子上的一層灰了…… 3. 隔音非常不好。裝修的風格是小清新，但是它質量不行，我們的房間朝向對內的庭院，下午有cosplay的活動，帶娃睡覺感覺身處菜市場，好白天就不多説，半夜兩點隔壁兩個小年輕喝酒回來，出電梯以後全程對話就像在耳邊，絕了 4. 雞肋的下午茶，本來我們沒打算吃的，看到了宣傳圖片，很吸引人，然後還是在睡醒以後下樓要了一份，前台説要等50分鐘，説來不及做，正好要加班，帶着電腦，娃在院子裏的滑滑梯玩，因為接受超長時間等待。過了半小時，讓自取，圖文嚴重不一致，那個雞柳就三根，東西全部是涼的，你不是説來不及做嗎？現做出來全是涼的食物嗎？ 總結，這是我第一次寫這麼長的評價，真的是有點到了，平時旅行再差都覺得不至於。老闆你真的想要酒店發展更好，管理還是抓抓吧。

非常滿意。房間很大，也很乾凈，酒店早餐很豐富，有很多當地特色小吃。酒店位置很好，就在古城附近，但又不太近，所以晚上不是很吵，離卧龍書院大概1.5公里路程。
