"This was a truly terrible experience, awful in every way. We booked two family rooms, which cost over a thousand [currency unit]. In the middle of the night, the AC stopped cooling, and all four kids in our two families were so hot they couldn't sleep. We had to open our room doors and walk into the hallway just to feel a bit of coolness. It was 00:41 AM, and it was so bad. We didn't dare try to switch hotels at that point, but we honestly wanted to. I've stayed at four or five of the Baisheng hotels in Xiamen, and they've all been great. But this one in Longyan? It was worse than a motel. It feels like the hotel was trying to save on electricity by turning off the central air conditioning. Honestly, it's just bizarre and ridiculous."

We arrived in the evening, and the owner warmly invited us to visit the night view of Chengqi Tower next door, free of charge. "The boutique room I ordered, bed 1.8, was marked as "some have windows." When I went to the store, I was told that the bed 1.8 had no windows, and only the bed 1.4 had windows, which was a bit of a headline. Then, the power strips on both sides of the bed were out of power, and it was inconvenient to use my mobile phone at all. I called an electrician to fix it. Two big men came in and stamped on me everywhere. The aunt also came in and there were so many people in the same room. They made a lot of noise and couldn't fix it for a long time. I didn't complain about the leakage in the shower room. The cleaning lady told me a lot, asking me to use something to block it, and you blamed me for the problem with your facilities. I blame me for not using the pad. Auntie tried to find the pad but couldn't find it and said she forgot to put it away. Then it was very noisy outside. A group of cleaning ladies were chatting there. The sound insulation effect was very poor and there was noisy noise during the day and night. Very bad experience. I’ve never given a negative review, this is my first time"

When I went to the front desk to solve the problem, I had to wait for approval from the leader. I would like to ask, as a hotel owned by Wyndham, do you not know the principle of putting guests first? The reason why I gave the service four stars is because the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped me change to a slightly cooler room. The attitude was very good.
