If you can make a request at the time of booking, it might be a good idea to request a room on the opposite side of the main road. The room was small but comfortable with a sofa. I used a laundromat, but when I opened the door of the laundromat, it was so hot that I started sweating. There is no window and you cannot stay in the room at the same time as you run into other guests. There are three washing machines (300 yen per use) and three dryers (100 yen per 30 minutes). There is also an ice machine here. It's narrow anyway. Cleaning is normal. To be honest, there were some things that bothered me. Amenities are in front of you when you get off the elevator, so bring what you need.
