My wife can't eat spicy food, and the server informed the kitchen. The head chef personally brought the dishes to our table. "Service: The room I booked online was sold out when I arrived at the hotel. I asked to apply for membership and was told to upgrade. I disagreed and the front desk added 20 yuan to change the room type! It was already midnight when I arrived at the hotel, so I didn't bother. Facilities: The room facilities were too poor. The shower head broke just after I was ready to take a shower! It was rusty and I didn't change the room immediately. The security guard came up to repair it. After a lot of trouble, it was finally replaced. It took more than half an hour from check-in to taking a shower, and it was late at night. The experience was extremely bad! ! ! It really affected my mood! ! !"

"During the Qingming holiday, I took my parents and kids to Yanguan Chaole City and stayed at the Xuandemen Hotel. The hotel's shuttle service was very convenient and didn't require a long wait. When we checked in, our luggage was directly transported to the hotel lobby. We booked a family room this time, and the front desk staff, Xiaoqi and Xiaoke, provided excellent service. They specially prepared small slippers and toiletries for the children. The room was spacious and even had a courtyard, which the kids absolutely loved. The hotel's restaurant served really delicious food! We'll definitely choose Xuandemen again next time we visit!"
