interesting balinese onsen ryokan. service was great, i couldn’t take raw food and my husband is allergic to prawns and they took notice for it and didn’t serve them during our half board meals (breakfast and dinner). the onsen water is certified to be natural and we could read the details of the certification from both the hotel reception and room toilet.
the private in room open air onsen’s temperature can be adjusted as well.
however the room’s shower’s door was not completely sealed and we found it very chilly to bathe even tho there was hot water supplied as the constant cold air from outside would come in. hope the hotel can take note of this and seal up the showering area’s door completely to prevent air from exchanging during shower.
it’s a jap-balinese fusion hotel, pretty interesting concept.
we drove during our trip around hakone area and be ready to navigate through very small and narrow roads while driving to this ryokan haha. really very narrow roads. hotel also requested for us to pass them the car key when we returned to the hotel, and to pass them the hotel key when we are heading out, which we found to be a little weird to be honest.

The Room was the same as pictures. It was big with a scenic mountain view. Dinner and breakfast served in our private dining room was also exquisite. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly.

Nice hotel but location was a bit difficult to find. Staff were nice. Hotel gave a more Bali vibe. Food was only average

Friendly staff that able to communicate by English. Close to station but recommend go by taxi, it only cost around ¥700.

環境整潔。服務態度非常好，服務員介紹設施和房間時都非常仔細，房間比我想像中還要大。食物質素很好（都是我喜歡的口味）。只是位置上，由箱根湯本駅步行到酒店的路會斜坡，有大型行李會比較辛苦，不過可以在箱根湯本駅乘搭的士上去。

管家式的服務，專人帶你熟悉館內設施，遇到的所有人員都會熱情跟你打招呼，房間內都有露天私湯，也有公共浴湯！
進房時有和式桌椅，在我們用晚餐時就會有人幫你鋪好床，晚餐跟早餐是在另外的包廂用餐區，特別的是包廂是連排式的，服務人員從前方過道送餐，很特別的設計！
整個酒店設備都很新，跟一般傳統温泉酒店陳舊的感覺完全不同，從進入大堂後就是温暖的榻榻米地板，酒店有準備分指襪，在館內走動無需穿拖鞋的，浴室有全套從化粧水到乳液等保養品，女性不用擔心沒帶！
館內還有一個被熱帶魚缸環繞的酒吧，每個座位都可看到漂亮的熱帶魚在面前遊動，很讓人放鬆的空間！
這家真是個寶藏旅館，下次到箱根一定會再造訪的！

酒店很漂亮，服務特別熱情，有專人帶着介紹酒店各種設施。早餐晚餐都好豐盛，房間裏有個私湯，公共浴池去逛了一圈，基本是沒人。早上請酒店把行李直接送到車站，空手輕鬆出遊～
