"Enjoyed this hotel so much. Staff were friendly and helpful. Better to have a car because it is far to get to a supermarket or convenience store. Otherwise, you can just uber around, which we did. Our rooms were spacious and clean. It was the best stay of our whole trip."

"This hotel can be directly removed from the shelves. This is not a hotel but a homestay. In order to save money, the landlord made the room cold when I checked in, and the temperature could not be raised continuously. The shower water was not hot either. It is totally unaccommodating."

"The toilet and bathroom are separate, which is very easy to use, and the heated floors are warm, so it was very comfortable. The surroundings were bright until late at night, so I was able to walk around the town. There are many restaurants such as supermarkets, ramen shops, and yakiniku restaurants, and it is in a great location not far from Hakuba Station and the ski resort! If you go a little further, you can see the ski jump for the Nagano Olympics. It snowed 30-40cm overnight, so the snow shoveling equipment was very helpful! There is a shared microwave, which is very convenient."

"We stayed in the 7bedroom log cabin with our group of 14. Bedrooms were large and cozy with new bathrooms in each. The whole place has been renovated with a big kitchen and communal lounge with heaps of room for a large group. Great location with a 2 minute walk into town, close to restaurants, shuttle bus and convenience store. The Pensione next door who manage the log cabin looked after us so well and are super helpful dropping us to ski lifts, onsens and making reservations for us. Chika is an absolute legend and made our stay amazing. Would recommend this house to any large group and great for multiple families"

"Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and the chalet matched the photos. However, I’d rate it 3.5 stars due to poor value for the peak-season price. Check-in instructions were unclear, leaving us to search for our villa in the cold. There were no manuals for the heater, boiler, or washer, and the boiler kept turning off unexpectedly. The concierge was attentive, but these issues dampened the experience. These manuals / improvements / attention to detail should be easy fixes for the management company, but a major oversight for a company that prides itself on hospitality."
