Great location with metro downstairs!
Staff quite helpful with ur request. Had kids next door, provide earplug and eye mask.
Breakfast is yummy!

Excellent service from the staff at the reception area.
Was served drinks while waiting to check in at the lobby. Never experience this type of service before. They were very polite and patient too!
The hotel room are very well equipped with very good quality toiletries, not to mention the smart toilet bowl.
But just wondering why the toilet door is designed with no locks.
Overall a very very happy 2 night's stay in this excellent hotel!

一出地鐵，就看到了亞朵酒店。前台小姐姐遞上茶水，面帶微笑，輕聲細語，儘量為客人考慮，讓住宿的客人心甘情願在這家酒店住下來。房間是亞朵一慣佈置，主要是乾淨，清爽。床很舒服，洗澡水很大，智能馬桶，早餐也很好，一切令人滿意，使你很想在這兒多住幾天。

酒店地理位置非常好找，地鐵站出來就是，新開業的酒店設施非常好，沒有剛裝修完的異味，還配備有無線充電，忘帶充電器也沒事🫨🫨。衞生間很乾凈，特別表揚花灑🚿水的力度剛剛好。我是在周杰倫演唱會期間入住的，價格也比較合理，總體非常推薦。

酒店門口就是地鐵站 非常方便 有免費停車場 房間很大很乾凈 有冰箱有冰飲料喝 很奈斯！早餐也是特別豐富好吃😋
前台小姐姐也是特別漂亮 熱情 還送了我伴手禮 以後去杭州一定還住這家亞朵

設施： 因為剛剛開業，所以整體都很新，床也很舒服，就是還是會有一股味道，但諮詢過前台，這是傢俱的味道，不含甲醛。
隔音效果不是很好，因為有孩子 睡的早，但隔壁説話聲音一直傳來。 另外嬰兒早上醒的早，其實也會打擾隔壁休息。 所以未來建議酒店可以根據不同的類型住房客户更好分配房間。
細節有優有缺，剛入店會到水，離開店還貼心準備小食。缺點 沒有主動問客人是否開車，所以在出門時需要付車費。另外意外停電，開車離開又未告知出門需要酒店寫一張放行單。以至於來回跑。耽誤時間。
服務： 大多數人臉上充滿笑容，非常客氣。讓人感受很愉悦。

亞朵一如既往的好，設施新，乾淨。服務也很熱情，性價比高。關鍵枕頭也舒服，以前住酒店，枕頭都是羽絨枕，亞朵有記憶乳膠枕，睡着特別舒服。以後還會選擇這家。出行也方便，門口就是地鐵站

前台大廳裝修很有調性
房間設施 備品都是全新的
住在裏面非常踏實而且舒適
房間裏還特別備了乳膠枕
羽絨被子 讓我身在異鄉也能有一個好的睡眠
房間也很寬敞 乾淨
落地窗 還可以觀賞杭州夜景
特別要説的是 前台的服務人員
是一羣年輕妹妹和弟弟
熱情耐心 青春活力 朝氣十足
