"Every year when I bring my parents to Hangzhou, we always choose the Dahua Hotel. The rooms aren't super new, but they are very clean. The amenities are excellent, and transportation is incredibly convenient. You can even access West Lake directly from the hotel's back gate with your room key, and it's only a ten-minute walk from Hubin Road. The breakfast is great with a wide variety of options, though it does finish a bit early."

"Facilities: The facilities are quite old; it's an older hotel. Cleanliness: Very clean. We stayed for two nights. My parents' room had a lake view, and you could see the lake as soon as you opened the curtains. Environment: The lake view is particularly beautiful, and you can see Leifeng Pagoda. They have their own tea bar, so enjoying afternoon tea while admiring the West Lake scenery is very pleasant. Service: The service was excellent. As soon as we entered, they proactively helped with our luggage and even waited until we checked in to bring it to our room."

The hotel's signature scent is also quite unique and I really like it. The hotel started selling New Year's goods early this year, and I hope my family can receive them soon."

"Following Manjuelong Road, surrounded by lush greenery, you know the guesthouse is near when you spot the Tea Museum. Next to Longquan Ancient Well, you step into an alley, climb stone steps, and are greeted by a Jiangnan courtyard enveloped in swaying bamboo, vibrant flora, and tea plants, blending natural charm with modern touches. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of a whole lamb being roasted in the courtyard. As the plum rain season approaches, the air carries a faint, fresh scent of vegetation. When the sun breaks through, the air becomes unexpectedly crisp. During this time, you can venture out and witness the purple glow of the twilight mountains around West Lake after a rain shower, or immerse yourself in the serene Zen atmosphere amidst the bamboo forests and Buddhist temples. Conveniently, this location feels like the heart of the West Lake scenic area; getting anywhere takes less than half an hour by car. Even if you're tired, you can spend a leisurely afternoon at the Tea Museum behind the guesthouse, sipping a cup of official Longjing tea, and letting your thoughts drift. People in Hangzhou are friendly; their warmth isn't overly boisterous, nor is there a hint of cold detachment. Just like Hangzhou itself, they convey greetings and warmth with a gentle smile and soft words. Though this guesthouse may be small, it offers a glimpse into the culture and charm of the city. Having stayed for a week, enjoyed the grain breakfast, and experienced two room types, I can say it's an excellent choice. I will fondly remember the clear mountains in the spring dawn, where the birdsong makes the mountains even more tranquil."

Grab a free, freshly ground coffee, quietly read or take photos without having to cater to anyone, and just enjoy some relaxed downtime. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the green mountains. The KingKoil mattress is soft and stress-relieving, and the rooms come fully equipped with a giant screen entertainment system and smart bathroom. Close the door and it's your own private sanctuary. It's a godsend for introverts: the food delivery robot goes directly to your room, the self-service laundry room solves the problem of washing clothes when traveling solo, and the 24-hour front desk staff are gentle and attentive, always on call when you need something."

As a frequent traveler, I have high expectations for comfort, service, and value, and this hotel exceeded them all. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant and distinctively European lobby. The check-in process was swift and seamless, handled by the incredibly polite and professional front desk staff. They greeted me with genuine warmth and were very helpful in answering my questions about the local area. My room was a haven of comfort. It was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The signature Vienna aesthetic, with its classic touches and soothing color palette, created a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable – the mattress and pillows provided perfect support, ensuring I had two nights of deep, restful sleep. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection, a flat-screen TV, and a powerful air conditioning system that allowed me to set the perfect room temperature. The ensuite bathroom was spotless, with excellent water pressure in the shower and a generous supply of hot water. While I didn't have time to explore all the hotel facilities, the overall environment was quiet and peaceful, which is crucial for a business traveler. The hotel's location in the Changkou area of Fuyang was convenient for my needs, offering a respite from the busier city center while still being accessible. What truly stood out, however, was the consistent high level of service. Every staff member I encountered, from the housekeeping team to the breakfast attendants, was courteous and attentive. In conclusion, my stay at the Vienna International Hotel (Fuyang Changkou) was outstanding. It offers exceptional value for money, combining top-notch comfort, impeccable cleanliness, and superb service. I would not hesitate to choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant stay."
Dayin Xuntang Hot Spring Homestay
"Traveling solo, staying at this Japanese-style hot spring guesthouse was hands down the best decision I made this holiday! The location is absolutely superb. I wanted to visit Prince Bay and Leifeng Pagoda, and staying here meant they were incredibly close, just a short stroll away. Yet, the guesthouse itself, nestled in Kuoshiban Village, is incredibly peaceful. Donning one of their Hanfu outfits and taking photos in the nearby Changqiaoxi Park yielded some amazing shots – seriously, the Hanfu suited the scenery perfectly! Of course, the indoor decor was also very stylish, full of Japanese charm, and the cat 'manager' at the entrance was just adorable. My room even had a private hot spring; at this temperature, a 40-degree soak was just right. The staff here were so attentive, and the facilities were excellent – they thought of everything I could possibly need. This trip truly allowed me to pamper myself, haha. Highly recommend!"
