"Love the view of the hotel! Room stayed is clean and the ambience feels really peaceful and relaxing. Loved the amenities (can’t stop thinking about the bedroom slippers - it was so soft!!!). Staffs were really helpful and nice. Breakfast options were limited as it’s a set meal (as shown in pictures, rather than a buffet). However, it’s still delicious! I enjoyed the sausages and wantons a lot. Location is near Longjing village. Downside is that there’s no lifts - however the staffs will help to carry the luggage up/down. Overall, I am so happy to have stayed here and will be back here again if I’m coming back to Hangzhou! ＜3"

There are plenty of dining options nearby, and ordering takeout is super convenient, with the hotel's delivery robot bringing food quickly. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Zhejiang University of Technology, making it very easy to get back to school. Xixi Impression City and Xixi Wetland Park are also nearby for shopping and sightseeing. The hotel itself is cozy and clean, and I really loved the soft bedding. Highly recommend!"

The signature Vienna aesthetic, with its classic touches and soothing color palette, created a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable – the mattress and pillows provided perfect support, ensuring I had two nights of deep, restful sleep. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection, a flat-screen TV, and a powerful air conditioning system that allowed me to set the perfect room temperature. The hotel's location in the Changkou area of Fuyang was convenient for my needs, offering a respite from the busier city center while still being accessible. She was consistently prompt, friendly, attentive, and went well beyond what we would normally expect. We have stayed at many hotels over the years, including luxury properties, but it is rare to encounter service that feels so sincere and genuinely caring. No request seemed too small, and every interaction was handled with remarkable efficiency and warmth. We would also like to commend the entire hotel team. The buggy drivers were always courteous and helpful, making it easy to get around the expansive grounds. A special thank you as well to 王文浩, who kindly helped facilitate a last-minute 快递 arrangement for us, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel itself is a hidden gem. While West Lake is beautiful, many areas around it can become very crowded. Xizi Hotel provided a peaceful sanctuary away from the crowds, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of West Lake in a much more relaxing and comfortable setting. The stunning lakeside scenery, tranquil gardens, and spacious grounds made every day a pleasure.
