"The hotel's location is bustling, but check-in is on the 17th floor. The room was quite small and felt a bit cramped, although the facilities and decor were decent. I'm not sure what was going on in the lobby on the ground floor, but guests were arguing with the front desk every day, which really detracted from the experience. Another downside was the housekeeping staff's lack of professionalism. They just swiped their card and entered the room without knocking or speaking, even when it was obvious someone was inside. I was completely dumbfounded."

"My stay at the Grand Hyatt Hangzhou this time was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to Sunny Shen, the front desk agent! She was incredibly warm and professional throughout the check-in process, patiently answering all my questions about travel and room types with a view. Her demeanor was gentle and meticulous, and she proactively highlighted the features of the hotel's West Lake view rooms and suggested nearby attractions. Her service was perfectly balanced, never once feeling perfunctory or dismissive. The room faced West Lake directly, and the curved floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views, with the scenic landscape unfolding before my eyes. From inquiry to check-in, everything was handled very efficiently, and any request I had was met with a patient response. The thoughtful and attentive service made my trip exceptionally comfortable. I'll definitely choose the Grand Hyatt again on my next visit to Hangzhou, and I highly recommend asking for Sunny when you check in!"

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The inn is located right inside the scenic area, so there are plenty of picturesque spots nearby for photos, and shopping is incredibly convenient. The inn itself has a charming, antique feel, truly capturing the essence of traditional folk dwellings. The interior decor is simple yet elegant, with a sensible layout. They even provide disposable toilet seat covers and bath towels, which shows great thoughtfulness. The staff members are very professional and exceptionally helpful; they gladly assisted us with taking photos and carrying our luggage, for which we are very grateful. This inn offers fantastic value for money. If I ever visit Hangzhou again, I'll definitely choose to stay here."

The water is crystal clear and sparkling, meticulously maintained and very clean. It's perfect for a refreshing dip during the day to beat the heat, and at night, you can enjoy the starlit sky and cool breeze – no filters needed for your photos. The service is attentive, and the environment is quiet and elegant. It's a rare and wonderful place to relax near Xixi, a must-try experience if you stay here!"

"I didn't take pictures of the guesthouse, but the actual place looks pretty much like the photos. The room was clean and tidy, and came with complimentary toiletries. There's a small stream by the entrance with a mist effect, and in the evening, the lights and fabric decorations hanging from the trees looked beautiful swaying in the breeze. The owners, a handsome guy and a lovely lady, were incredibly warm, polite, and hospitable. They gave great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing routes. They also offer free Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) rentals and drinks, and if there are enough people, you can even play a ****** mystery game. The cleaning auntie was also wonderful; she'd greet us every morning. It was a fantastic experience, a really authentic guesthouse vibe. Even as a guy, I highly recommend it; it just felt so comfortable and relaxing."

"In Hangzhou's summer, half the romance comes from the lotus flowers. I originally planned to go to West Lake to see them, but to my surprise, I saw them right from my room! There's a giant Totoro at the guesthouse entrance, and the surroundings are lovely. The hot spring bath was at the perfect temperature and very relaxing!"
