I’ve stayed here before and liked it because of the local and it has a bathtub. It was nice being upgraded to a room with a view of Westlake. I was surprised at how hard the bed was but if you like hard mattresses, this will be perfect for you. I did notice the cleaning staff wasn’t thorough in cleaning the shower. There was hair stuck on the wall. On another good note, the service was really good.

When I arrived at the hotel I got a warm welcome from the front office lady Mary. She speaks English, did a very fast check in, and explained everything clearly which was very nice after a long travel. She adds a great value for this hotel.
Great location, close to metro station, city and very short distance to west lake.
Great breakfast western and Chinese food options
The concierge man that help you with your luggage, responds very quickly and thinks gives an answer to your questions. You are able to book tours, taxi, pick-up from airport or train station via this hotel.
This hotel made my travel in Hangzhou very smooth and convenient. If I come back to Hangzhou I will definitely stay here again.

Good hotel with nice location. Close to the wonderful lake and plenty of restaurants. Friendly staff, gym and pool is a pleasant option for your stay.

The hotel is in a great location, looks great on the outside and in the lobby. However the rooms and furniture look like they’re from the 70s. The breakfast is great and has plenty western and Chinese options and the staff is very kind.

Hotel location is good . Walking westlake 3-4 minutes
. Service is good at breakfast helpfull. All my trip hangzhou ı choose this otel haihua ( like feel wt home )
Manager miss MARY very helpfull and and what we need she solve .she is long time at this hotel working . Very good expreince

Good location, easy to access. Old room, out of date furniture, room with dust and dirty toilet. After 1 night stay change to other hotel to stay. Went out to eat supper. However, when back to hotel, staff never even ask my room number assume did not register guest, which I explained seems no used.

Haihua Hotel Hangzhou has an excellent location. It's only a few hundred meters from the West Lake and also from Wulin night market street. The staff is very attentive and kind. We liked the breakfast, which had both western and Chinese food.
The A/C in the bedroom wasn't too hot, but it was fine and the room furniture and appliances were a bit dated. Nice stay overall.
