Location is the BEST here. Hangzhou’s city centre/xihu road traffic is crazy and we are so thankful for the location of the hotel because it is just 5 min away from heavy traffic so the roads were less congested!! Rooms can be cleaner in terms of the window panes and dust in corners of the rooms. Reception service was amazing. Helped us ordered food takeaway and offered to carry our heavy luggages despite not needing!! Really good service for foreigners looking to visit ❤️🔥

The location of the hotel is good. It's about 5 mins walk to the Shengtangqio Metro. It's in a relative peaceful neighbourhood. There are numerous eateries beside the hotel and across the street to the station. The lady receptionists were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The breakfast spread was average and the menu is the same everyday. However the coffee was good and is available all day. Room service is done by a very cute robot. The room was large and very comfortable with two openable windows for fresh air.

The room was great. Very big and spacious. Had a mini fridge and washing machine, the staff were friendly and the hotel is beautiful. The room was exactly like the photos.
I’d stay here again for sure.

Unfortunately we tried to check in after 14:00 but our room was not ready yet. However the staff at reception let us keep our luggage behind the desk so it wasn’t too inconvenient. The room was massive and clean, with a lovely view. Walls weren’t very sound proof. But generally lovely room with kind staff. Nice shower and bathroom, perfect for a one night stay.

Good price fine hotel was clean and practical. I just had a coffee but didn’t try the breakfast . They could use better coffee machine /beans.

I was booking selected-room with view (double bed), the room pretty comfortable and large. The hotel was clean and staff could not speak English but they were very polite and trying their best to helping me. I would highly recommended.

Big thank you to Gina and Mia for taking care of us during the stay. Conveniently located and has good selection of food close to the metro. Would stay here again next time I’m in Hangzhou!
Big plus if you book the family room you get your own washing and drying combo machine.

Check-in: The check in was bit delayed as there are no one at the front desk for nearly 10-15 minutes after arrival. Later after contacting trip.com the issue was quickly resolved
Rooms: The rooms are huge with big bed and sofa clean bathrooms and nice ventilation
Location: The hotel is centrally located and near to the scenic areas in Hamgzhou
Breakfast:Not many western options but still acceptable
