The room was very unclean. The bathroom worst of all. I canceled my second day booking cause I couldn’t sleep there one more night.

The hotel room was really nice. Complete with a table and chairs near the window, refrigerator, huge TV, and speakers throughout. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast wasn’t too bad. It is a little further from the old part of town.

I was staying at this hotel for almost 3 weeks. It's clean and the stuff is very polite, friendly.

The hallways smelled like smoke. It took the front desk over 30 mins to check us in. The breakfast was bare minimum and cold. This is an okay hotel if you are just waiting on the next train but this is not somewhere I would stay for a vacation.

衞生：衞生方面挺乾淨的 因為我入住的早，看着大姐們在忙碌 還很熱情的打招呼
環境：酒店環境還可以！交通也很方便！挺好找的
服務：服務前台小姐姐很可愛 也很熱情 能嘮！讓我這個初次來杭州的瞭解了不少！
