The service and food was excellent, the design and layout of the structures an well placed. The landscape is well maintained and has a friendly and welcoming feeling. Located in a great area and will definitely recommend the place to family and friends.

The place is real good, cool and well oraganized, enjoyed the service and hospitality of the people, Nice food with available drinks in place, nice place for morning and evining Gym warmup, the experience is real deifferent ! we didint have transport but good arrangement you have made us feel like we are at home, available cars any time when we are in need. Thanks very much

Wonderful experience! Truly a charming and relaxing place to be. Everyone who worked there was extremely nice and accommodating. Also the gym is beautiful! Rooms, common area, outside space were all exceptional. I also very much appreciate them letting me have a late checkout so I could finish my meetings. Thank you!! I will be back.

Steph and her Team treats every guest like a King! The food is delicious, the service is outstanding! A must when you are staying over in Harare as this is a home away from home. They go the extra mile with every booking to ensure the process is smooth and professional.

Comfortable, spacious, clean, very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent and dinners were tasty with lovely deserts. The bar is well stocked and very reasonably priced. Secure with lovely gardens. Only 30-45 minutes from the airport and very close to Borrowdale Village.

Just wrapped up my fourth stay at Ballantynes, and once again it was a very enjoyable time! The team's commitment to excellence truly shines through - from the warm welcomes to the impeccable attention to detail. A massive thank you to the entire Ballantynes team for consistently making my stays memorable. I feel I have a home in Harare.

Wonderful, friendly and efficient staff. Beautifully decorated room, clean and comfortable. Stephanie ensured all transfers were booked and on time making business travel in Harare a pleasure. Highly recommended for anyone travelling to Harare.

The lodge was a warm and welcoming place to stay, beautifully created surroundings, real coal fires to warm the air and very friendly helpful staff. The food is fantastic, and quickly served on request. The rooms are spacious and decorated to a high quality. The bed is huge and very comfy - I slept very well there. Highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a place to stay in Zim!
