It was my first visit to Zimbabwe and stayed at the Lodge for 8 nights whilst on a business trip The whole team are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. From the moment you arrive, to the time you leave you are looked after and made to feel very comfortable . I loved the concept of the Lodge and it has such a relaxing vibe . The breakfast is freshly cooked to order and the evening meals delicious Thanks very much for looking after me and please can I have the same room when I return later in the year "

"We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a wider trip to Southern Africa. Amanzi was really very special. A feast for all the senses. Stunning gardens, excellent food , friendly and helpful staff with a stylish and comfortable ambience. Our suite had an outdoor verandah overlooking the gardens and waterfall. The perfect start to the day, sitting amongst fluffy cushions with my morning tea, listening and watching as Africa woke up. The artwork displayed around the gardens and in the lodge set the location apart from the corporate experience."

"This was the second time staying ant this hotel and the experience was worse than the first time. We arrived at 8Pm and the first room they gave me the beds were not made up and no Aircon in the room (room 7) then was moved room 4 and that was final fine but they did not clean the room after the first night saying there. Very disappointed for a hotel"

"The place is good and within the proximity of the CBD. The Break fast was fair though I did not like the behaviour of chef on one day where he could not bring the food to our table but requested that we needed to get it ourselves from the counter as he was overwhelmed. I thought that was a minus on the part of the hotel to have Chef who would behave like that. The other days he was good. I would also suggest that for the future the hotel could think of providing some evening snacks which we can easily buy if we do not want to move out . The Hotel can make more money"
