Great location just walking distance to Lee Garden night market. But hotel is having a upgrading or renovation project at the moment, so is noisy a bit at day time. I think that's why they offering a good price at the moment.

It is a great location near the hotspot centre. The room is clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Our 3 nights stay was satisfactory except the loud noise disruption from other guests using the corridor as the door to the rooms is not noise resistant.

near to lee garden, have to wait until 2pm baru boleh check in. katil keras sikit tetapi masih selesa. staff very nice. for light snack breakfast is thumbs up. but limit timing the people stay at the table. as many people wait to have drink.

Location is very good, less than 1 min to lee garden
Free simple breakfast provided every morning
But car park slot is quite limited and shower head is not powerful
The room to room insulation is quite good but door insulation is bad, can keep hearing ppl walking and talking on corridor

The shawer water not powerful enough. The rest are acceptable for the value of price we paid. Location is good for shopping n street foods.
