風景很好，有海灘泳池。由於當地物資缺乏，普遍吃的很一般。酒店設施陳舊，但衞生安全還可以。但是前台服務特別差。

Probably my 15th visit here since 2010, economic times are very very tough here this time...many cutbacks on food, entertainment, gone are cloth tablecloths and napkins, now a paper napkin is deluxe. The workers try their best! Love them.

I visited this hotel 1 year ago and it was good. Now it is horrible.Very bad service at the buffet,absolutely no attention from the waiters and to get glass of drink you must pay them otherwise no drink for you.They absolutely doesn't deserve any kind of tip for their horrible services,birds and cats in the restaurant area never know when the bird will poop over your head,24 hr bar is ok,reception is ok but arrogant people working there,rooms not very clean and many things falling appart and you must be careful not to break them,no water for night to the room only small plastic cup fora person.Food is also not good.Everything is worse than year ago and this time I recommend to stay away from this hotel

Este hotel es muy malo, no lo recomiendo para vacaciones, el servicio es deficiente, la comida muy mala y escasa, sin varierad, en ocasiones mal preparada. La limpieza es deficiente, casi hay que rogar para que cambien las tohallas, no ponen jabón en el baño y papel de mala calidad. En el restaurante si no pides servilletas no las dan. Si vas a la playa debes llevar las bebidas porque cerca no hay lugar para beber, ni siquiera agua. La recreación y el servicio de cocteleria es casi nulo. La infraestructura del hotel está muy deteriorada, necesita una reparación urgente. En fin, muy mala experiencia, solamente la playa vale la pena.

Crap hotel crap service. 1/4 star at most. No local attractions or events. No shows, bad food and bad service. Sold an upgraded vip package that is nonexistent. No water in room, no hot water, no towels. Fridge never stocked. No airline representative to inform us of departure time to airport. Go anywhere else.

Es una buena opción para disfrutar del hermoso mar de Cuba, sin alej**** mucho de la ciudad de La Habana. Cuenta con una piscina bien ambientada. La comida no es demasiado variada, pero va bien. Buena atención en todas las áreas, con personal de antigüedad en sus tareas y amable. Es amplísimo en su recepción y en la distribución de sus bares y cafeterías. Una opción sencilla, adecuada y muy bien ubicada.

It was hard to find bottled water and milk for the children. Do not go to this hotel. Don't spoil your summer. We lost power a couple of times and the wi-fi was intermittent. Transportation from the airport to the hotel took a while. The beach was fine.

Me encanta la piscina del hotel,y disfruta de la playa,les aconzejo q disfruten de las playas de cuba,son encantadoras,disfruta del aire puro y del hermoso sol,mi vida es el agua de mar,es una relajacion para mi.
